This video contains clips from two different rides at the Heil Valley Ranch trail system in Lyons, CO. Both trips were in August of 2024. We climbed up the Wapiti trail on both trips, and on the first trip we took Wild Turkey to Ponderosa Loop (counter-clockwise) and then took Wapiti back down. On the second trip, we took Ponderosa Loop (clockwise) from the top of Wapiti and then took Wild Turkey back to the Wapiti descent. Filmed August 2024.

Me personally I’ve ridden the east trail and the west trail I love the west trail much better it awesome

Yes, I would definitely recommend the Uplands Loop for a newer mountain biker, it has a good variety of riding and not too steep.

Thanks! Yeah haha there’s a drainage path over the trail and there were some kind of bigger rocks out of place, so I stopped to fix them and used some of the clips from that at the start, middle, and end of the video.
