A friend has been trying to buy some of your boots (Standard Tassel, conker in a size 37). It's a bit of a farce really. She was on your waiting list, the boots came in to stock online without anyone telling her. She calls to buy and pay for them over the phone to be told a few days later that they are not in stock. She is still awaiting a refund. She goes back on the waiting list with no one able to tell her how long the list is or when new stock is coming in. Then tonight the website shows them available again. She hasn't been notified. Is this poor management or some sort of con?
