My day job takes most of my time and energy, and I also planning to build a new workshop.. but I hope I’ll soon find the time to continue this cnc machine project. Thank you for watching!🙏🏻
Good joke😂
Good job
Thank you!🙏🏻
Exciting and interesting to see how your machine becomes. Think i also want to use Vevor table for a CNC build have some doubt on how i can do the Z-axis. Great work. I am also looking forward to next video👍
Thank you! I Will use linear guides for my z axis, I will turn my own spindle and use an dc motor powering it. My only enemy is time😁 but I hope that I could continue this build soon.👍🏻
0:40 It almost ended in tragedy.
Yes that was an close one🫣
Tjaaa gamla ägaren här, nu vill man ju veta va felet och hur du fixade det
Муляж
направляйки на подшипниках не хорошо.
Here's a tip, if your video is only 10 minutes long, don't fill it up with a music montage, it hurts your channel.
Thank you for feedback! I Will keep that in mind👍🏻
Really nice work 👍🏽 looking forward to next video ❤
Tack! Nu är den enkla delen av maskinen gjord, resten blir det lite mer Jobb med😂👍🏻
Very nice!!! , How do you make the torch turn on and off when it needs to move to other positions?
Thank you!🙏🏻 check out the full video of this project👍🏻 th-cam.com/video/qqrR1bcdvAg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=nXR58-tnsIj15XPx
Hello, this looks good. I Have same plasma from Lidl And I welded table for it. Do you Have some details of control And electric for this project?
How the cut went? Edge finish or things
It went really good! Check out my other videos to see the result👍🏻😊
@@buildsstuffoutofscrap cool, keep up the good work😎
@jakubsilhar1203 Thank you!👍🏻
great project well done thanks for sharing, I am looking to do the same with my Parkside plasma cutter I have the pro version, I here people talking about hi frequency cutters and that it would be a problem but I can't find out much more about it, have you had any issues with using Parkside plasma cutter and it destroying the electronics?
Tank you for watching!!🙏🏻 I am currently working on my V2 cnc plasma table with 3d printed parts, inspired of JDs garage, but with my own touch..😊 I did not have any interference issues with my setup, then I’m not sure if it is that my cutting surface and earth clamp is separated from the machine frame by resting on an Mdf board, or if it is that the plasma cutter is an low frequency unit.. haven’t had any problem with it so I’ve didn’t mind getting in to it.. but I’ve know what you mean.😁 good luck with your build!👍🏻
@@buildsstuffoutofscrap thanks for your reply. I will keep watching and learn more everyday
Great build. Possible to add switch to reverse polarity of wiper motor to reverse carriage ?
Thank you!🙏🏻 there is a fwd-rev switch for the wiper motor already.👍🏻
This has the making of a great channel, keep knocking some projects out mate.
Thank you!🙏🏻 I will, next up is the progress of build an cnc mill, but my ordinary job takes the most of my energy.😊 my plan is also to build a new workshop so I’ve got some more space for create my future projects.
@@buildsstuffoutofscrap Good stuff and good luck.
Thanks😁👍🏻
what do you do so that the frequencies do not interfere with your electronics
Geez that's painfully slow. Could probably go 10x faster for such thin metal. What gauge? How many amps? What's the feed rate? What is your torch height set at? What psi?
Intanto é un taglio plasma e non laser, poi va piano per evitare sbavature che rovinerebbero il pezzo, normalmente pressione 4 atmosfere
how..
itu motor jenis apa ? RPM berapa ? berapa watt ?
👍😀
I enjoyed Watching you Problem solve And make your Project !
Thank you!!🙏🏻
Just found your channel and Subscribed. Very nice work. My motto. Build stuff from scrap
Thank you! Yeah create scrap into useful stuff is the best!😁👍🏻
hey its me again, i have a question about the signals tha cutter sends off that could damage the motors/controlboard, how did you handle this=?
Hi, I’ve use particle board between the frame and the cutting piece, in that way the earth clamp does not interfere with the machine..
Dude!! 3d printat?
Jajamän, delar till en ny cnc plasma
Gli va fatto qualche manutenzione?
Okay another worthless video of a heater!! Doesn't tell you crap about it, how it's made, what materials you need. Like I said.. worthless video 😡😡 💯💯💯👎👎👎👎
Gött. Var hittade du den?
Köpte den av en kompis till Celines kille👌🏻
Good idea
Thank you! It works well, but I think I will double them up for even more traction😁👍🏻
🤩
Very well done. I am afraid you've just added a project to my list I have the CNC, just happened to order the plasma cutter earlier today, all I now need to do is put the two together 🙂 Cheers for that
Thank you! I’m glad to hear that!! You’ll won’t regret it!😁👍🏻
Welcome to the bottomless 3D printing pit!!! 😂 these little machines are a blast man!!
Thank you! Let’s see what we can squeeze out of the little thing in the future😁👌🏻
Nice as usual 👌🏽
Can you tell me the number of the consumable tips ect please, I cant find it in the manual

Great job with the lathe! It makes me want to start building one of my own.
Thank you! I think you should go for it! 👍🏻👌🏻
dang bro, you had so many options and you went with chain..
Yes I went with what I’ve could find in the scrap pile… there wasn’t to many options there😂👍🏻
Awesome outstanding work 👏🙌🙏
Thank you!!!🙏🏻😃
@@buildsstuffoutofscrap No prob friend you definitely deserve it 🫴💯✅
Really enjoying these videos.👌
Thanks! I’m glad you like them!🙏🏻😃
Fantastic
Thank you!🙏🏻
Very good, nice work
Thank you!!😃
Sounds like hell 😮
😂😂😂
😂👌🏻
nice build, how much RPM does the motor produce and whats the diameter of the wooden wheel ?
Just what i needed to see for my build bro , but in my case i am building the gearbox case larger because your input shaft is now to small for my elec motor input so i am using the other two gears out the engine so my input shaft for motor will be same dia as bike crank would be 22 mm great build 😁😁🤘🤘🤘🤘
Thank you! Cool!👌🏻 I hope you’ll record your project and let me know when your vid is up!😁👍🏻
Brilliant stuff. Just imagine how much hotter it would get using Ethanol or Bioethanol, or would that be too dangerous?
Dam that welding flash was bad.
hello, what parameters did you use for burnout? What speed and power is set on the plasma?
I didn't need to replace bearings, but I did need to strip to clean and get the operations on top working again. Thanks ....Oh and no bits left over.
Thats some good results on the final test cut. Cool project
Thank you!🙏🏻
