For the money it’s great, I transitioned to console only 2 years ago so I didn’t see there previous gen controllers however in my opinion this is the best looking controller you can buy at this price point 🙂

Especially as dell like changing their pricing when you enter their store as a student!

@@彭-q5c My laptop has a 1920x1080 screen, 32GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD. Both the RAM and storage are upgradeable, which is a great feature. I find it to be an excellent laptop-very fast and reliable. This is coming from someone who also owns a MacBook Pro M1 Max

@@hiddenhippo7338 the highest it’s got room temp in the UK is around 32C and the console runs a few degree higher than room temp. Totally fine the risk is fan failure hence the reason why I have the thermometer with a visual alert if it exceeds 35. The laptop coolers are useless for laptops yes I agree but perfect for drawing air in and with the exhaust fans the temperature inside there is cooler than room temp .

@@Lennox032 there isn’t enough space above that I am comfortable with, it’s a few cm. If it was at least 4 inches then I would have stood it up

@@i.c.t_workz quick question, can you create 2 separate SSIDs on tenda nova? One for 2.4ghz and another for 5ghz?

@@Hashim9063 yes you can its under Wi FI settings there is a option to Uncheck "unify 2.4 & 5 Ghz"

If the software works with the version of Windows you have then yes the gpu will work. I’ve checked the software and the graphics will work as it meets their requirements

Sorry for the late response, the battery life is dependent on the application you are running . If you are not using anything that introduces the GPU it will last more than 8 hours as soon as you use the gpu it will drain.

It’s a great monitor 😀 I might test mine with my console but happy with it hooked up to my tv

@@i.c.t_workz will try it. I did plug the unit in, but no indication of working. Light on the charger stayed white, but wouldn't turn on. The USB - C charge port might be defective as the top of the charger, even though it does fit, it tends to wiggle. Thank you

@@cloudhrorg thank you, I don’t have the 5570 to hand but if you go to your desktop right click and there should be a nvidia control panel and under manage gpu utilisation you can set “use for graphics and compute needs” .

I would go for a pole mount if stacking it will be simpler to get your desired layout

@@i.c.t_workz i just have 2 27 inch monitors and i cant afford to loose space on my desk. I like to play with the monitor closer to me and i haven't found any good pole mounts for good fexability. If you have any ideas?

Still using it yes and works perfectly just wish my internet provider was reliable !

@@paulk2308 that would be more of an issue with windows rather than the laptop but as long as the application are compatible with the hardware they should run. I’ve not had any reports of crashes and there are 10 issued out to the business I work for.

My Lenovo WS P15 crashed so often (once or twice at month) before memory simm died at all. Unfortunately it took so long. After have replaced simm never has crashed again. Had tried reloading windows/programs, ..

some 14th gen processor has some issues in some desktop processor. Does the fan make noise while streaming?

Yes you can if you also have a dock it charges it so no need to have a power inserted

It shouldn’t be slow if it has a SSD (Nvme) those have always been the bottle neck . Can you confirm if yours is an SSd (Nvme)

I made the mistake of getting some vostros that were on 1TB HDDs in 2020...I had to force a reinstall of windows on the hdd, mess around in the BIOS , installed a crucial 256 nvme, used crucial's cloning software, and eventually had great office PCs but it was not straightforward.

Temps are ok but I am not constantly throttling it

The back is used for venting which is a better design rather than the heat being forced out from below.
