So awesome. Thank you for sharing these beautiful opportunity. I hope you will allow me to share our dream in this lengthy post. Who knows? Perhaps your real estate company will be the perfect fit for our dream. :) So, here is our dream. For context... We are a retired couple with experience in European property management, as we spent several years managing a couple dozen flats in Paris and several french countryside manor houses, for several years, for a USA based, boutique, French property management company. The company was based in Paris but represented properties across Europe as well. When AirBnB came on the scene it pretty much destroyed all smaller European property managers including ours. That said, we are still great friends with the owners who now focus on the tour industry, and have worked with them on and off since back then when we used to bounce back and forth from Europe to the states every 90 days as representatives of the company. The biggest perk, of course, was living in our own flat in Paris while working there 3 months at a time. That is where we fell in love with France. Also, I am a semi retired contemporary music, concert pianist and Independent Music Award (IMA) winning recording artist. I have performed more than 8,000 times over my 50+ year music career including in Paris and even more in Spain. My favorite concert series was performing alongside Grammy Award winning pianists, Peter Kater, Grammy winning guitarist and special guest, Will Ackerman, the founder of the iconic music lable, Windham Hill Records (and my producer!) Also performing were the amazing pianists, Chad Lawson, Suzanne Ciani, Ralph Zurmule, Mario Santos, and several other awesome pianists in two different concert series in Aranda de Duero, Spain. That is where we fell in love with Spain. Although we have yet to live in or stay in for an extended amount of time in Portugal and Italy, both with lots of amazing opportunuties these days, we look forward to our trip to Portugal for International Living's, European real estate conference in April 2024. We'll be networking there to find the right families interested in coming together...(unless something manifests sooner.) Afterwards, we are going to visit lots of properties in all four countries until we find the perfect property/place to integrate into. Today we'd like to partner with the right French real estate agent, lawyer, accountant and other like-minded families who want a great place to call a home base while visiting France, Spain, Italy and Portugal where we have wonderful friends and family living there to make the trip all the more safe and enjoyable. Our tour management experience and love for introducing people to the many amazing cities and sites in Europe will help support this partnership. We would love to hear your thoughts about this dream to bridge the states and Europe with a group of people who, like us, love France and the other countries I mentioned... making the dream of spending months, not days, learning the language, making new friends and experiencing Europe as being a part of their beautiful cultures and not just an outsider looking in.
