More than words can express, "I so appreciate the vast values of "What to"/"How to", + the Clarifying Knowledge that Esther/Abraham teach and share" This "Placemat Process" achieved my comprehending that: "I do have help, I do have resources" (as I do my job of higher vibe), and Write Out my Lists, "I felt/feel the help/support, the Freeing of these "to do"s", because I Know, the "Universe Always Delivers" Note: even some I had felt some uncertainty, or resistance around ... It disappeared when I gave it to the Universe! Now, I know I can do my part when it "appears". It's a sweet supporting/helping, when one has no "family or friend" go-to, or doesnt know the best option. The "Universe" Absolutely will help with the details! What a fabulous empowering feeling and achieving. ... and every step we take towards our Desires results in the Feeling of "Satisfaction", and that is a High Vibe Energy Feeling Frequency!!! That is Powerful Positive! Than you Esther/Abraham, really appreciating their advice/help and the "Universe" too! As the earlier Catholic Girl version if me would say: "Thanks be to God!" ... and I mean that! 😘 It's a really Good, Right Now! ✨☀️✨

I understand about minding my own business.. but it seems to me the world has been ignorant and/or just allowing what has been happening to the Pale stin ians for decades. They have been suffering from brutal abuses and the world has been silent to their suffering. It has only gotten so much worse for them. Are we not all connected? Is not what is happening to them also happening to us? I would never stand by and allow a child be abused, how can we stay silent while over 18,000 children have been brutally and painfully murdered? Likely closer to 200,000 Palestinians murdered including the people buried under the rubble. The frustration at the US government, and governments of so many countries including my own for aiding and abetting Isnotreal in this is beyond! What can we do? Isn't action needed at times?

Where I stand is perfect and evolving. I define what I want and I believe it! So satisfying. I look things I want to see. I love improving all things. As I reach for more on purpose. Everything is always working out for me. Things are always working out for me. I know this. My confidence guides me perfectly. I know I'm in sync and I feel harmony with my inner being. I love to appreciate. I love to uplift. Ebb and flow is naturally a good feeling. I want to have fun, to have energy and to have clarity. I really enjoy all the good foods and good drinks I have. I love all people feeling good. I am attracted to those who do feel good. My vibrational frequency allows a perfect flow. I dance with contrast and continue to expand. Being on the peripheral of problems is the best; solutions soon follow. Source energy is always flowing through and to me. I love my inner being's guidance and gaze, and fully trust all is well. Source has my back!

Emotions are energetical responses. Why should I train my responses to be other than what Nature tells me they should be. Makes sense when you want food or don't want a certain food not to force yourself into liking it. Why should I force myself to like life. If I am not happy about something, Why do I have to change? Why aren't my responses correct? Why do I have to eat green beans. Your forcing green beans and telling me there good when I dont like them and telling me I have to like them. Or else my life is going to suck. I want steak and icecream not green beans. I dont enjoy them, yet I have to like them? I don't understand. I like green beans....
