Hi we just found you and checked out this video, was really nice to see this bridge and it started a whole new conversation about the golden gate bridge. Never been to San Francisco but looks interesting. ❤

Wow! As a small child maybe around 7 or 8, we were staying at my parents Cottage and my Uncle Jim brought us out there by boat! There wasn't that many trees on it in the 70s! You could actually walk right up to the wall facing the water... That flashed me back boy! Also when we were getting off the boat there was a massive massive fish probably the length of the boat 10 12 ft long look like the water was so clear there you could see the bottom and all the shale.... I remember begging my parents and my uncle to let me try to fish for it! Hahaha! Must have been a sturgeon or something?? Anyways, I'm 48 now, and I haven't seen that place since I was a kid and for some reason it came to mind. I found your video flash me back to being seven or eight years old. Thanks man oh, it really made my night

Absolutely incredible video. I was up there on Monday with my Essex County crew. To see it from this perspective and the magnitude is insane. Hearing that it was declared 100% contained last evening was great. I personally never thought I'd ever see something like this, or have the opportunity to work next to so many agencies.
