and finally: anartha nivritti stage means things become easier and simpler not more difficult because the Lord kindly removes obstacles to one's sadhana in bhakti be it mixed or pure. this is in regard to 2nd class faith sadhana bhakti... if a person engages sadhana bhakti and then eventually stops likely it is 3rd class faith or 2nd class faith making mistakes... 3rd class faith is not qualified for sadhana bhakti... a simple example of 2nd class faith mistake is taking shelter of 3rd class faith association and avoiding 2nd class faith association especially 2nd faith pure sadhana bhakti because 2nd class faith pure sadhana bhakti does not befriend and engage 3rd class faith in material topics and so is unfair to 3rd class faith and so I take it upon myself to give material topic mercy to 3rd class faith... please be advised and I have observed the above phenomenon in naive innocence atomic particle of 2nd class faith almost unconscious and unsaid with no angst towards other bhaktas but with a sense that my association with 3rd class faith in material topics and activities will somehow bestow 2nd class faith and so may be a symptom of pride and vanity or just lack of knowledge in the sense of not being reminded by a well wisher...

I do enjoy bhagavatam class which stays grounded in scripture and purport and pastime and goal and especially 2nd class faith pure sadhana bhakti... I believe scripture says those that are very dear to Krishna, 2nd class faith pure sadhana bhaktas, can give mercy--that is, an atomic particle of 2nd class faith... I believe acharya prabhupada indirectly designated 2nd class faith pure sadhana bhakti as sincerity...

we do know from scripture that vaidhi bhakti is grounded in fear. this fear is certainly a counter measure in minimizing unbecoming manifestation of a devotee. this fear also helps compliance to rules and regulations. this can be easily gleaned when a respected devotee enters the deity room. everybody becomes more attentive to rules and regulations and this is good. One receives benefit in practicing the angas of bhakti. the impetus of fear could be destruction of reputation or fame or wishing to make impression or desire to control the thinking of others or wishing not to tarnish the being of the supreme Lord or even fear of destruction of one's own bhakti slowing things down and whatnot etc etc etc. I suppose one may enter anartha nivritti with fear of destruction of one's own bkakti and this I suppose would be the ruci required for such an elevation. what other impetus of fear would be practical at nishtha stage? ultimately the goal is cultivation of dearness and affection and attachment and pastime to Krishna and so this ruci of fear of destruction of one's own bhakti may be transformed at nishtha stage but one must cultivate such a transformation of being. Krishna says one must be like one who has lost something of great value although one never really had it anyway but one still pines away and mourns the loss so much so that one cannot think of anything else... to come into the presence of everything and so one is nothing although one is something and that something is pure sadhana bhakti...

This was very intriguing to me as a person who was molested as a child with many religious service oriented adults around who turned a blind eye to the obvious and continuous transgression. My question is- If the sons and many others were aware of this molestation that was about to happen, why was there no question of concern for the daughter who must have also been very aware of the change in mood from love to lust from her father? And what is the process of protecting the victims and people from these levels of heinous transgressional intent or execution? I hear a lot of compassion for the status and feelings of the father and the sons but not of the most important person involved who was in direct danger of imminent harm.
