By the time they we're touring the world with their Frog Stomp😢 setlist they already had most of Freak Show's tracks written. Daniel in particular was tired of playing Frigstomp tracks and they would drop these soon to be known songs every now and then in their live concerts and festival sound checks .

when I first heard this on the radio I was pumped. Couldnt wait for the studio version. ahh then i was disappointed. Butchered production with compression, timing, and the lyrics were out of sync ffs. what a shame. Least we have this. The chorus change and vocals going next level is something not many can do.

That first album is unfortunately criminally underrated, even by the band.

The first two albums were f****** amazing. Then just like every other band They slowly but surely started going to s***.

I saw them play then and I agree that I liked them better with their old drummer. I saw them in 95 at the Athletic Club in Hollywood. I recall it was so hot in there, so hot that Dave tossed a bucket of water on the crowd cause it was so hot and humid........but great show........

When I found that song back in 2015. It was labeled as “insomnia” by Nirvana. But after digging a little. I found it was the band Niil. I think from Brazil. And could not get over how much he sounded like Kurt and Nirvana.

I wish I was born then I love Daniel johns so much I can play most of the songs from freak show on the drums
