Can we transfer the property to a pre existing family trust that was set up in the US instead? Or does it have to be a trust held by a Mexican bank?
Love Versalles, Fluvial and Aralias! They are like "Old Town" with the charm and vibe with easy walking to many, many things but without the touristy crowds and saves you 20 minutes having to drive all the way into Romantic Zone. I needed / wanted a full house (not condo) due to pets. Just closed on a property adjacent to there. See you soon! ;)
