The Fascinating Connection Between Woodpeckers and Indian Drumming
มุมมอง 14214 วันที่ผ่านมา
A drum ceremony takes place at the Indian mound in the swamps of Louisana. Both myself and Raechel believe we heard what is called a double Knock. After hours of studying the audio files, it was determined that my microphones were directional and were pointed 180 degrees away from the sound. Nonetheless, after hearing what I heard and having Raechel substantiate it, I now believe there are Ivor...

All the evidence presented in recent years is extremely sketchy and ambiguous. For the evidence to essentially retreat into the distance as the number of birders with powerful cameras and the use of remote electronic audio sensing has exploded is as close to confirmation of extinction as we're going to get. And his hair is very rock and roll. Beautiful bird. As I understand it the flight patterns difference is that the Ivory Billed flies like a duck when viewed from below? Is this true? Might help when the white markings are murky due to the speed of the flight pattern. Cheers man!

I became fascinated in this topic after seeing a very large woodpecker-looking bird that flew more like a buzzard, opposed to how a Pileated darts about in 2018. I had no idea what I was looking at, and I still am not sure. I live about 30 miles north of Gainesville in a very swampy rural area near the Santa Fe river.
