On moon animator you can add marks or frames which you can reference in the script and make stuff happen when that frame occurs

you can do Debris:AddItem(Charge, LoadedAnimation.Length) instead of guessing the time for the animation to end

roblox documentation has info on animation events (and just about everything related to scripting)
