this movement is from either their US$45,000 or US$50,000 model watches... these are hideous Chinese watches, so a great investment in regards to resale value... NOT. Real collectors pieces like most Chinese watches are. So if it had Swiss Made on it the price would be about the same, except it wouldn't be ugly as sin.

I knew a fellow at a paper mill where they made a product like kleenex. His job, day in and day out, was to sit at a conveyer belt and lift one box and drop it on top of the next one so the two could be wrapped together at the next stage. I asked how can you stand being here doing this? And he said "what makes you think I'm here? I get the rhythm--and then my mind can be anywhere in the world." He'd done it for years and he was a thoughtful, intelligent person. He told me straight up he *loved* his job.

@@rongood7329 some folks are made to do continuous repetitive work- I have an uncle who makes license plates at a State Penitentiary and he enjoys it- been doing it for the past 25 years to life.

Thank you so much for your kind comment. I'm so pleased you liked the video. I've visited Shijiazhuang six times since 2011, always for at least a few days, and I love being there. My website amchpr.com has lots of photos from most of my visits. Plus I have more Shijiazhuang videos here. I have good friends in the city--one so close both our families consider each other as family--and It has been so hard not being able to go back without a long quarantine, and flights from where I live being so expensive (six times what they used to be). It's heartbreaking to me. I have a good life at home, so not to worry, but I deeply miss China and my friends and family there. Your comment touched me. Thank you and I hope we can both return, soon.

@@TheChemicAly I'm not sure why anyone laughs at that. If it's suspicion of some type, I posted the business name because that's where I shot the footage. I don't work there, or for them. I have a website amchpr.com that explains what I do in detail. Because I've met many executives and workers in the Chinese industry, and visited many factories, museums, schools, trade and government agencies, if someone politely asks me to help them contact those people, I'll happily give a try to help. But I don't seek doing that and no one pays me when I do it. I do it to support the industry and my friends, and because it's fun for me. My full-time occupation is working in a large supported-living residential setting in the town where I live.
