Honda Talon/Pioneer Sub Trans Low Gear Reduction Review
มุมมอง 678หลายเดือนก่อน
This is my review on the Adam Brown 27.5% sub trans low gear reduction for the Honda Talon and Pioneer 1000's. This buggy is a 2021 Talon X that is running our TTC 3" Long Travel kit in the rear, and our TTC R forward arms in the front with R shocks. We are also running our TTC Hydro steer kit, and it has a Torque locker on 35" Rockzillas. www.texastoughcustoms.com

Nice car! Maybe too much air in the tires?
man I can't wait to have the money to buy your hydro steering unit and lockers!
Good thing it's just a Honda.. when you scratch it you just throw it away and buy another one.
Sure, after 20K miles maybe.
And this is why we have diff lockers, love to see it work
Exactly! I4wd just doesn't cut it.
Impressive. I didn't think it could do it.
With ease!
I want it
That Talon is sick
Well done... good throttle control
What all is done to the talon?
All the details are in the description, not to mention everything is called out in the video.
@@texastoughcustoms sorry I was at work so the volume was off.
@@texastoughcustoms what does the torque locker do?
The torque locker makes it a full diff lock instead of i4wd. It's far superior if you are actually wheeling like we do.
Holy sht, that thing is badass.
Hello, Are you interested in testing our products? We would like to invite you to test the Rear Window Net Fit for your Pioneer 1000
Thanks for the opportunity, but I don't think we are the right fit.
I heard you guys have the an arms for the x and they will make you fit 35s even with stock offset?
Yes. Everything is on our website.
Awesome👍
im a visual learner so I greatly appreciate this video. thanks for the great info
lol oh yeah !!!!but what other goodies did it have nice ride
All of the details are in the description.
That thing is a beast!
Super stoked to get my kit!
Man, that cage is amazing! Did you build it yourself? If not, where did you get it? 👍
Thanks! Yes we built it!
Good job my man. I don't rock climb, but it looks like fun. I'm a pioneer owner myself. Its your machine and you should be able to do whatever and however you want with it without all the negative comments.
You win the most annoying video of the year 😣
I never understand why trolls like you think that spreading their negativity is even remotely called for. You are miserable because you are nobody and have nothing to offer therefore your opinion is meaningless. Go find a hobby and learn how to do something productive. Your negativity is a cancer just like you, go spread it somewhere else.
@@texastoughcustoms lmao, have you watched your vid? Why not just play the song, you're a fabricator not a music dj. Just sayin.....I bet you've heard this before and took your frustration out on the "next fu@#er to say somethin. ✌🏼
Lol, you are even more ignorant than your first comment suggested. I did not create the sound score, but thanks for the compliment. It is from a genre of music called "Christmas Trap Music" and the talented artist who created it is DJ Buck Rogers. I did, however, edit the video to correlate to the beat and rhythm of the sound score. And yes, I actually am a seasoned video editor, and based on the number of positive responses received both here and on Facebook throughout my body of work, one could conclude that I do infact know what I'm doing. "Why did I not just play the song...?" - because that would be boring and unoriginal. The original version has far less rhythmic opportunities to allow the video edits to "dance" to the beat. This version allows for more creativity and introduces people like you to a whole other genre of music that you didn't even know existed. Why does anyone modify anything? Why does the offroad and aftermarket industry even exist? Too make different versions of things that suit different preferences and applications. Its called innovation. You don't have to like it, but if you don't acknowledge that human nature is inherently tied to innovation through creativity, and constantly making new things by making old things better, then you have some catching up to do. Also, your opinion is not the qualifying standard by which content is validated. "I bet you heard this before..."- feel free to look at all of the comments on all of my videos both here and on FB. Not once has anyone ever criticized my artistic ability to make catchy promo videos. You will discover that there are very few negative comments at all on any of my videos because I am a positive person with a positive message. But on the rare occurrence there is one, I stand up to wannabe trolls like you because it is uncalled for and toxic to spread your negativity in an otherwise positive society. You are the one taking your frustration out on other people. You are the problem, not my video. If you don't like what you see, move on or add something productive. But don't expect to drop some unwarranted negativity and not expect to get called out on it. Be better and do better.
@jessewoody5772 you have officially won the most annoying comment of the year 🎉
Not the brightest driver....
Says the guy with no content 😂😂😂
@@kingrider75 not everyone has to have everyone watching them do things, some of us are big boys, we can do things without needing other people's approval
Correct me if I'm wrong but that's just the entrance to trail 15
That is correct.
@@texastoughcustoms makes me want to see the big obstacle at the end
We had to winch up at the end.
Sway bar looks hooked up🫣
Never understood rock climbing destroying your buggy fast
Never understood why people comment with negativity. If you don't like what I do with the machine that I built specifically for this type of riding, then keep scrolling. Go spread your negativity somewhere else.
Yea it’s for sure not for everyone. You should just stay on the couch and watch videos of people doing things you don’t understand lol😂😉
How har is the lift on the axels?
No issues at all. Many customers run stock axles on our 0" and 3" kits with zero issues. Our 6" kit requires extended aftermarket axles.
Selling a Honda pioneer with only 28 miles on it lol 😂
How much to jack my pioneer up like that lol
All of our prices are on our website www.texastoughcustoms.com
@@texastoughcustoms let's pretend I'm an idiot lol what all would I need?
This is our TTC 6" LT kit on 35's.
@@texastoughcustoms would it be wise to buy the base Ttc kit and keep everything else stock
Not sure what you mean by that?
Do y’all make a lift kit for the p700
No not at the moment.
That is beautiful
What is needed to clear 35s?
Any of our Texas Tough Customs arms for the Talon will allow you to clear 35's.
I would need to do a video shoot with it at my shop. I usually only do these videos on installs that we have come through the shop.
Just finished putting my Pioneer together with TTC 3" and 4" Portals how do I make it on a video like this? Thanks in advance!
Nice job.......especially without a spotter
What size tires on this setup?
Pretty sure 30's.
Wow they both made it.
sheeesh that was tough to watch
And then a kid on a pit bike skips through in 2nd gear...
Build details please

Lol, yep, not going to lie, I had to winch up the last big ledge though.
@@texastoughcustoms last part ain't no joke
Thank you for sharing 🏆💪⭐🙏🇺🇲
Texas- Bravo, unnusual drone~ later. 🖐
man i love it, but at that point i woulda just gotten talon from the jump. love my p1000 though.
talk about a PUCKER FACTOR
No audio is so sad. Sure it sounds great!
I know. My wife filmed it on her iPhone, and when she edited it and sent it to me the sound dissappeared.
just needs a 75% gear reduction now for those 35s lol
25% will be enough. It did 95% of everything I needed it to with just a tune.
I run 35” Outlaw 3’s on my 1000R with the 25% IGR from Reduction Boss. I have no problem turning the wheels in the thickest clay, but I do need to get the Torque locker for the front end.
What tune are you running in the machine
Any gear reduction needed for a similar setup?
Usually a good tune is enough for 32's, but it depends on what type of riding you do.
What size tire and wheels is this?
35" MRT crawler on 15" MSA M21 lok.
😂
Sweet!
So badass!
