I sometimes think of the “good times” and memories I have of her, but I mostly think of the awful things she said and did and her ghosting of me after 3 years together. She’s a terrible human being.

Every time we woukd have a fight or disagreement she would slways block me on everything then choose to unblock me on one device then maybe more etc.She would also rvoce photos of us etc during push/ pull etc

Not all Narcs cheat some narcs esp female Coverts dont even like sex..my ex never really wanted sex tbh...However she was always accusing me of being in dating sites and chatting up women online etc..

After row and disgard after 3 on/off years i said some nasty stuff out of frustration. .As usual she blocked me, i went round hets trying too sort it out chssed her for 2 weeks , she unblocked me 5 days later in a friday when i normally go out with friends...I reached out to heron messanger , saying hope your ok etc...She read it but ghosted me ?? So i had a go at her later at 2 in morning onmessanger she said ', u asked me too unblock u so i did doesnt mean i want to talk to u , no go away and leave me alone we were over when u called me names when we rowed. .' 3 days later she blocked me again ince i liked one of her posts she remived post then blocked me. !? I went back round there and asked her why etc etc. She just said i was free tio date whoever etc etc..I asked her ehy she unblocked me amd sge said she fone it to get rid of me coning round ??

Why do they future fake and get engaged ? Then we split up literally a week later ?

My covert narc ex girlfriend discarded me as her secondary supply ( i had suspected that her ex husband is her primary ) after she sensed I caught on to her games. After a long history of hoovers I believe I will never hear from her again.

When she was caught after she moved her lover into our marital home, the mask was off, and I saw the most vicious cold-hearted person that I have ever known.

She had been smearing me to monkeys for years, getting loads of sympathy off of it. She spread a smear that I was a wife beater.

I don't know about the covert narcs but I know the golden child narcs are surprised when you don't chase.

I discarded him just as he was starting to devalue me. Never ever chased him once he was always chasing me. Hes now blocked everywhere.

Way to go John. With Cog Dis, simply ask God, who am I. It’s so important to get to know and ask yourself this question. Slowly it will be revealed, and lots of healing will occur. Jesus loves you John, keep on going through the healing and awakening. Having others around that reflect your anger outbursts is a great way to approach them and humbly apologize letting them know where you went wrong, sharing your story and educating them and admitting (take responsibility) on how they now are that way because of your own behaviours. You taught them unintentionally. It can be a win-win overall with a ton of growth if humbly approached seeking out forgiveness.

My narc ex not only lied to a judge, claiming that I had warrants out on me, after putting a restraining order on me, they kept telling that lie after it was refuted in court. Narcs are petty, vindictive people with no regard for truth or reality.

I investigated the past, oh my goodness the pathological lies, and people believe the smear campaign, they pass it on, Lord have mercy, the pain was disgusting. August 2023 my knowledge of narcissistic relationship, only to find out he and the adulteress/new supply falling apart. (I feel as if my name is still on their tongues.). Wow I see now!..A crush actually tried this on me. I didn't even think it could be triangulation or trying to make me jealous. I just thought she genuinely was interested in someone more than me and I moved on. I guess it's true what they say attempting to make someone jealous doesn't work if the person is extremely logical and takes things at face value.
