Edit: by balanced out on stats i meant by putting 100 stat points on both damage and special, to minimise the heat gain and damage output enough to make it op as Minos Prime in his Prime

They are like combo extenders in a way. like R has big range and you can use it as an extender in a way. T is just a barrage like stand on KC's barrage. and yeah.
