Sea Doo 2008 GTI 155 SE - No Start - Single Beep - Solved
Symptoms:
When I first got the ski (used) it would give a long, loud single beep when I attached the fob to the DESS post. This was then quickly followed by 2 chirps and the ski would start.
Intermittently the ski would cut out and make the long single beep. Then I’d have to jiggle the fob back on to restart the motor.
Then at the end of last season the ski wouldn’t start at all. I would get the long single beep when I put the fob on the DESS post, the dash would light up, but the Start button did not function.
I found a work around to get it started. I’d disconnect the battery, put the fob on, and then reconnect the battery. This allowed the ski to start, but only once or twice.
So I suspected the DESS post was bad. Part number: 278002055 4 wire Kill Switch / DESS Post

VW Touareg 2014. Blowing only cold air. No heat

My 2014 VW Touareg’s heat stopped working. It would only blow cold air even when set to full heat and the engine was hot. I checked the blend doors and the fuses first, all were ok. The heater control valve (N82) was the problem. OEM part number 7PP 819 810 A
Does this work with an 08 model?
Did your heat stop immediately?
It’s hard to say because I noticed it as the weather got colder in the fall (I’d been running AC all summer). However, considering the problem is a stuck valve that prevents hot coolant flowing into the heater core, it makes sense that it would be an immediate fault. Not a gradual loss of heat.
What is the link on Amazon for the tool to remove the clamps

I cried and thanked god 🤣🤣I know that feeling. Thanks for the video, going to give mine a shot. Different issue but it helps a lot to see whats going on behind the wheel arch cover. (mine is leaking fluid)
