So much for the Hushflow Exhaust!. Not a bad little Shovel in its day but not without its problems. The 110 was more popular.

I have commented on these Machines before. The tracks are too tight on this one.

Good morning sorry any chance you can help me please I am trying to remove the shaft for the loader ram for the shovel I need to machine the wear on the shaft but failing to remove it I have removed the two inner bolts then tried sliding hammers used 14 pound hammer with no success please any help will be appreciated

How much oil should be in kingpost? I can´t find it in my workshop manual. Thank you so much for this suggestion. I drain the plug and comes only water. No oil. I was pretty surprised :/.

what was different about this to a 110?

Far better to use a hanomag L600D, just miles better.

You've done a very good job in showing the step by step procedures of tackling the king post removal on the JCB. Its very useful to see it being done with your videos. Alot goes into it and many things to watch which you make very clear from the outset. Keep up the good videos, many a JCB owner gets a better understanding of what is involved with these tasks...........Myself included (recently bought my first JCB 3 MK 2). 100% jcb 112
