มุมมอง 1.5Kปีที่แล้ว
A mock-up of the Star Wars Theme concert arrangement using StaffPad and the new Muse sample library (100% Muse instruments only). I originally created a version of this mockup using the best possible sample libraries available to StaffPad at the time: Berlin, Spitfire, and Cinesamples. th-cam.com/video/Z5Cx5uBgx8U/w-d-xo.html This version utilizes only the Muse instruments. The StaffPad score i...

wooow greatly done Steve,, wish it was longer
Damn. I wish I could buy these midi files!
Great 👍🏻 👌🏻 👍🏻 👌🏻
MA beat all
Amazing. Thank you very very much for this
Wow... thanks YT algorithm for this gem! :)
Thanks. Been looking for some ideas 🖖
With the Musesounds sounding as good as they are, would you recommend even purchasing the Orchestral tools Berlin if you have never purchased Berlin and muse sounds were available ? A comparison of the two would be great.
While Muse instruments sound really amazing, I still think Berlin and Spitfire offer sonic choices not available with Muse.
How can I access these rhythm sounds?
You can import any audio file to an audio track. In this track I used trailer sounds from Keepforest libraries as well as a couple other similar libraries.
선생님 너무 좋습니다. 감사합니다.
Just beautiful music, mate 👌 ❤️
Thank you!
Steve how can I get the midi samples of these?
Is there a midi file?
Hi everyone do you know where to buy the midi files?
That man is the best there ever was! ❤🙌
John Williams SHOULD have won the Oscar last night for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny... The legendary, iconic, 54-time Oscar-nominated (5-time winning) composer hasn't received an Oscar in over 30 years... He has been robbed ONCE again... RIDICULOUS! One can only hope that a Lifetime Achievement Oscar is being considered by the Academy in the VERY near future, while 92-year-old Maestro Williams is still with us! Plus: How he DIDN'T win for past scores such as Superman, The Empire Strikes Back, and Raiders of the Lost Ark... I will NEVER understand... THANK YOU FOR SEVEN DECADES OF WONDERFUL MUSIC, JOHN WILLIAMS... WE LOVE YOU!
Absolutely not! John Williams is my favorite composer, but Ludwig deserved that one. Oppenheimer is just fantastic. If Johnny wins another one in the future, it should be for a Spielberg movie. (He should have won for The Fabelmans, to be honest.)
I’m debating whether to get the Berlin solo or cinesample solo. Acoustic/environment-wise, I really like the way cinesample sounds (less echoey). But is there a way to achieve a similar effect by turning the reverb all the way down on the Berlin solo samples? If so, then it seems like I should go with Berlin because it’s probably more reliable?
There will always be some ambience because of the hall they were recorded in. I always turn reverb completely off whenever I export stems so I can edit them in my DAW and apply my own reverb, EQ, compressions, etc. Either solo strings package is a good choice.
@@SteveBardenComposerAuthor Thank you so much for your quick reply! I bit the bullet and bought the Cinesmaples Solo and the Tina Guo! I’m loving it so far!
pianobook seems to be dead and gone (no way to sign up) any other link? BTW great work indeed though I think I'll never get it... unless... I may wait three days and see if Pianobook resurrect...
Are there any in 3/4 ?
Extremely helpful thank you!
both videos = great!
This is actually very useful! I especially like number 22
What application do u use bro?

О мой бог это идеальная шпаргалка 😮😊
Is this from vinyl? I can hear a lot of vinyl style clicks in the background every few moments as if there’s a scratch on it
Me 2😂
Great comparison, however, loudness is not the same on all strings so sometimes its harder to judge. Anyway, my favourites are EW, Berlin and Metropolis. But its always about what the projects calls for. Some libraries on the list are huge some small, some have more some last bite. All depends on the need.
Thank you Steve! This is supremely useful.
❤
If you play everything continously without pause you would have composed a fantastic minimalist piece! Philip glass would drool over it 😂
What is your favorite libraries for each category of instruments ? Like for strings, woodwinds etc. What would you suggest for star wars like music ?
wow awesome thank you for sharing
Hi, How do you exactly tell StaffPad to use con sord and col Legno? I’ve been lookin for these articulations but can’t find them! Thanks in advance
Most cinematic video on all of TH-cam.
Thank you Steve, for sharing your great work in this phenomenal app. Are these the sounds that are installed in StaffPad or is it an upgrade? One more question, if I may ask: sometimes I find the strings in StaffPad too quiet in pp and too loud in ff. is there a way to adjust the volume of single loudnesses like pp, ff, etc?
Well done!
Listen: first of all, thanks for share your knowledge. People like YOU, creates dreams on heads of people like me. You are a Dreams Creator. I'm not a musician. I don't play any music instrument, but i LOVE, i'm crazy for orchestra. Furious orchestra - like the Metropolis Ark 4 Theme. I have a very good ear, and i'm slowly studying FL and... unbelievably im beginning to "understand the music, in the FL node language", and unbelievably "boom"! CREATING THINGS! UNBELIEVABLE! How can this is possible? I still not believing. Going deep on this, i discovered the "string ostinato" - and i categorized it by myself as a "special effect note trick" or "special effect notes maneuvers" - things that make music more powerful, furious, epic. With this in mind, i ask you: in what category of "special effect note tricks/maneuvers" ostinato is in? Theres some kind of name to categorize this kind of "special effect note trick"? If yes, what is the category name? Can you list more "special effect note trick/maneuvers"? Ill deeply search for each one of them! Thank you so much, and really sorry the bad English. I'm struggling to write this text lol. I'm anxious to get some reply
That doesn't sound very good.. everything is muddy and blurry to my ears.
Probs doesn’t have the mixer settings like MS4 does to make it sound cleaner
you also can set panorama and loudness in staffpad @@dci_fan0345
Absolute 100% Gold!!
I have been debating whether to buy this app for over a year now. I’ve been watching many of the videos you have posted, and this one convinced me that this is a good investment and a worthy enterprise. This is SOOO helpful. Thank you so very much.
1st. Thanks so much for putting this together! On the tuba , though...wow... range is limited to below the D above staff in tuba? It's like Muse is telling tubas to realize that their place is in the oopm-pah role. The library really should include at least a 4th higher than it does for the tuba.
Yeah, it appears that middle C is the top of the range for the tuba.
Thanks for sharing! Both of these videos are amazing!
😍
thanks Steve!!
#2 and 3 makes me want to go out and play superhero 😂
I look forward to this update!
