I recommend Konan, because it's adjacent to Shinagawa Station, one of the biggest terminal stations, Yamanote line, Shinkansen, and more. In addition, Shinagawa Station will be a starting station of Linear Motor Car, new Shinkansen to Nagoya and Osaka, in 2027. Considering opposite side of Konan is Takanawa, Konan has good demand of rent and stable asset value with capital gain. As for Shibaura and Kachidoki, it depends on view from the living room. Some properties have amazing view, Tokyo Tower, Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Bay, canal, and so on. Please feel free to ask me anything, thank you very much once again.
