@@CBellofattoTV the Patriots had the money to resign him, I think they're going for a complete rebuild. They have a new head coach. Tons of salary cap space left, they just drafted who they think and hope will potentially be their franchise quarterback in Drake Maye. They also got some pretty good weapons, two wide receivers, Javon Baker and Ja'Lynn Polk and then that big tight end out of Florida State, Jaheim Bell. A decent offensive lineman and few others, also got Joe Milton, who has a rocket arm. So chances are they don't win a ton of games and end up with a top 3 pick and accumulating more picks to load up on young talented players for the rebuild, instead of resigning and older guy, even though he's been great

AR better be glad impact on attendance isn't factored into Rookie of the Year award because all rookies combined isn't doing what CC has done for the WNBA by herself. But let's talk talent. Whoever gets ROTY is well deserved. Not a fan of AR, but if her stats outshines all rookies, then she deserves the award. The 3/5ths compromise is indeed still in the constitution, but the 14th amendment repeals it. It's an historical document. They don't go in and erase something that was in the original document; they simply pass amendments that render them moot. The 3/5ths compromise is not practiced. Also, it doesn't say that black people are 3/5ths human - it just says for the purposes of determining how many representatives a state gets (which is based on population), black people were only counted as 3/5ths of a person. There is a subtle, but important difference. For every 5 black people in a state, they were only counted as 3 in the population for the purposes of representation in the House. Either way - the 14th amendment repeals it, and that 3/5ths practice hasn't been used since 1868. So you're referring to a practiced that was last imposed 156 years ago. Sheesh..... Way to know your history, there buddy.
