Bought one of these a month ago. Great quality. But as a bum bag I find it useless. The material is soft so it will bend and slip out of my pants when weight is put in it. The one magnet is not enough to hold it together. It needs 2 magnets at least.. I bought the large and it was not big enough to hold my keys, a facecloth and Galaxy S10 for the gym. I bought the bag chain so may use it for going out still but pretty disappointed. It really needs a more solid back to it so that it's less floppy
Hi Jessica, we are sorry that you have experienced issues with your VIVRA. We highly advice that the VIVRA is only as good as the waistband you wear it on. Laws of gravity the more you put in it the more it will pull your tights down. In addition to this we also advise no heavy bulky items - especially in the 'BASE' range when you're running you do not want to be weighed down. So it's made for the essentials - a phone without a bulky case, one key and a few cards. Hope this helps.
@@vivrainternational2171 thank you for the clarification. I had only tried putting a set of keys, a phone with carbon fibre case on it (so lightweight) and a gym cloth. I had thought that was a minimum load, but wasn't aware that it should hold one key only. Sounds like the set of keys was overload!
