The R6 is the only sport bike I've had where I've felt like I need a stabilizer. I had a speed wobble at over 100 on 495. Hit a bump while changing lanes and my front tire didn't land straight. Scared the shit out of me. As soon as I can afford the GPR I'm getting it and recommend everyone with an R6 does. Doesn't change the fact in my opinion that the r6 is better than the CBR and Zx6r (I've had both). Also, I got my 2018 from MGMotorsports as well. He has the best used bikes

I raced with the gpr stabalizer the older version 4 on my 17 R6. Its great, it does what is needs to do. The only issue I have with it, is that every 1-2 you got to rebuild it with the rubber o-rings and refill. Its not difficult to rebuild these things. If youre getting shakes from the R6 I would first check tire psi, make sure youre not over filling the front tire to what the tire manufactor recomends. Also your front forks seem to be lowered too much, this creates an aggresive turn in and makes the bike more unstable. Try this, put the bike on a front triple stand, push down on the wheel to fully extend the forks. With a tape measure from the top of the lower triple, to the center of the front axle. You want about 525-530mm for most pirelli/dunlop tires.

Interesting. I have the same bike (2020 R6) and I find the front end to be super stable and don't need any stabilizer. Needed one for the 2008 Gixxer 1000 but not for the R6.

R7 sucks balls, was a Yamaha fan boy due to their R&d. Yamaha nurtured their R class bikes and you all gobbled it all up, Like this isn’t an emission friendly bike . And now of all bikes to ban they discontinue the king R1 why because Yamaha needs to meet emissions and they know their consumers are dumb enough to buy subpar bikes now. And for people saying the neutered R7 isn’t a replacement for the R6 the R9 is, why are they dropping the R9 the year they discontinued the R1? just like they did the R6 with the R7… you all have fun with your EU5 compliant emission friendly “sport” bikes, other manufacturers are still producing great bikes.

Its possible, but he would have to have it redlined to the max on a windy day going with the wind downhill haha 😂. But still not far off from a 1000 they are usually limited to 300. But the response and handling are very different.
