Hardest thing for me is cravings and emotional eating 😭 also living in the south and being surrounded by delicious food constantly haha
@@stephclark50 hi girl! I totally get it, I’ve been there before too! It’s never easy, but the first big step is recognizing the problem 😘 try to understand why you have this behavior and why it started so maybe you can start working from there 🤍
Environment also play a big role in our journey, but it’s never about removing something completely but to set boundaries when we don’t want to eat a certain food or finish the meal because we are too full, and fully listening to our bodies to figure out what our body actually wants and needs💌
