Terrible weather, even though it's December.

Immigration wasn't happy you hadn't left the country in 5 years? Makes no sense at all. For 2.5 years out of those 5, you couldn't leave due to Covid anyway. I'm confused though - if you can only stay 90 days on each entry, then obviously you need to leave, even if just for an hour, so how can you not have left for 5 years? Finally, no immigration officer treats a long-term resident badly. It's the tourists and serial border runners that sometimes receive a bad reception. As for the Grand Andaman Hotel, it's pretty run down. It's far from a 5-star resort these days. There's a much better place to stay in Kawthoung town, where I spent a night a few months back.

The reason for the hassles may be geopolitical. As China is getting more and more economic and political influence in the region,and Western influence is waning due to diminishing trade, westerners aren't as indispensable as they once used to be...' Free Trade' with China resulted in this situation. it's actually very simple to see.

Oh yes Khun Tony thank you for show road in Phuket na khap. Sometime with the road and cars they drive quick na, but sometime on the driving cars not always going fast to drive na but when I drive cars sometime go to the driving quick quick and police find on the way to stop. It be driving with not because and two wheels on the motorbike but cars have four wheel na, that good I like. Thank you Khun Tony for showing car road in Phuket have traffic often bad traffic na.

I really like phuket. Every year I will travelling phuket once. But because Covid19. This 2 year only stay home. Planing ride to Phuket from Malaysia. ( Hatyai ride is complete) can check out my hatyai ride on my channel

Looks likes there is more life, then we saw a few months ago. Well I will do my part of helping phuket, by coming in November and spend money.

Very enjoyable, so far , Tony, thankyou. I have ridden that route a few times, coming from Patong to Rawai and to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha,, my wife likes to go to the Wat there every couple of months, to pray. It's a very nice motor bike ride and very picturesque. I especially like the coast route over going over Patong Hill, not much fun amongst the other vehicle drivers there, or should I say streerers as they don't do that very well either, 555 Even with very little traffic, you had a couple of dodgey drivers and bike riders, nothing has changed in that aspect, but I still miss it all. cheers buddy, take care and stay safe.

Thank you for this video. Really appreciate this one because you rode through the little neighbourhood I call home whenever I'm in Phuket. Seeing those areas still looking busy and vibrant during this time makes me happy. I can imagine and almost actually feel the wind and smells in the video hahaha.

More riding around content please!! Riding around Phuket is on of the top things I love doing over there. I don't care if it's just footage of motorcycle rides to random places hahaha I'm a fan of your other channel as well and it's great you're branching out.

I have the same bike as you. There is a small "hook" on the side, below the passenger seat, that you can use to attach your helmet. You need to take the passenger seat of, attach the helmet, the put the seat back on to lock.
