I have recently purchased the ms 900. At scrolling up there is an annoying sound is there anybody else having this issue? At scrolling down It is completely quiet.

Hey, This is a really great breakdown. I actually ran into this monitor today. I almost purchased the U2723QE and I'm actually glad I didn't. Seems like this will be my purchase instead as I'm looking for a 27 inch. won't get the full benefit of the 4K on a 27 inch and I don't need anything bigger. But to get to my question and I hope you see this. Wiith this monitor, can I have connected a desktop and a Mac at the same time? If so, can the D model do the same as well or will I need the DE for that? Thanks in advance! update: haha just saw the ending, so I guess that answered my question? Maybe I'm still overthinking because it was two PCs?

Another issue is Alien Command Center, I am sorry but this is garbage ! 🗑️ horrible software! It got a bit better but still, for major task such as controlling your performance, this is not good, very slow, just crashing … not good! Please make it good! Not perfect, just good!

One question, why did you guys put an SD card on the back ? Not super comfortable to swipe SD cards if you are working on content:( and the Ethernet is on the side? Why?

How 9tb Ssd? So you got your full size Ssd x2 ( 4tb each) and the 2 small ones, you can get those in 2 tb each… total is 12 tb Ssd max…

Just got this laptop m18, 4090, 64tb , 4 tb Ssd… compare it to my other m18 with 4060… day and night ! Much wow!

Don’t buy this! Not practical and waste of money, also dell customer service will stress you out! This has a great CPU but quality of product and service is poor. Go for surface! Learn from my mistake

I’m a developer, and after watching your video, I’ve decided to buy this monitor. I usually use three 27-inch monitors and rely on docking stations or adapters to connect them to my laptop. I guess I won’t need an adapter for this monitor, right? I plan to buy three of these monitors and want to daisy chain them, connecting them to my laptop from a single output.

I just picked one up today. Is text supposed to be a bit blurry? Seems like majority of the 1440p monitors under like $300 have some text blurriness. Anyway to fix this? Also i set the monitor to 100hz but i used a fps tester online and its only showing that im getting 84 fps. Is this normal and will only get 100 fps in like gaming?

do all dell monitors have KVM built in like that?

Still waiting on a 16:10 aspect ratio 240Hz 6K+ version of this display, 16:9 is great for TV shows and films or game consoles, but really not great for PC games (especially FPS, 3rd Person & RTS games), productivity, web surfing, photo work and so on, 16:10 is the bare minimum ideally for those use cases, 3:2 (aka 8:5) is even better, thanks to the huge upgrade in vertical resolution, also much better and amazing for emulation, thanks to be a much better aspect fit for retro games that lose all their respective vertical POV/resolution in 16:9 (you lose just shy of 50% viewable screen real-estate). Also, canny wait for an OLED with 16:10 or 3:2 panels.

Can I daisy chain three monitors with this being the primary monitor, if they have Multi-Monitor Sync? Foor example ... one U3223QZ and two U3223QE.

In fact I see this as a "negative" as tine 16:52. I have an other DELL 27" 4k monitor that has the buttons on the front but under the display. Like in the display bottom. They are easy to press and I can have them programmed as shortcuts for switching sources and other things. Very easy. But yes with display manager that is even better so It's not a deal breaker with the controls on the back. My even older dell a 24" 1080p has the controls in simular way like the way the Teams call are controlled. They are hard to use for menu and controlling the monitor. This is a VERY nice display. I need it.

The music during the transition was too loud but otherwise really good review as are your other ones, all very detailed. Also why doesn't Dell have glossy monitors, all are matte & also the 25 inch one was never updated from 2520, in 2020, but all others are updated, when can we expect another 25 inch QHD release?

Hi. Please tell our colleagues at Dell to make a 5k display 27" with high PPI so that mac's look good hahah. And Windows does not have this scaling issue. Also include the "hub" -that would be nice :)

I am using it for a while.. the only problem is the placing of the webcam and awkward angle of the webcam...

What do you think about DELL 31.5" IPS U3223QE monitor? Is it good monitor for sensitive eyes and long productivity work ? Thank you!

Does it run at the 100Hz refresh rate using the HDMI cable provided in the box, or does that require a separate DP cable?

I wish the color of the stand was silver and not white. It would be the perfect allround monitor for me (100 Hz, good speakers). All other Dell models in similar price range have the silver stand but no speakers and not 100 Hz.

I want to use both laptops in a dual monitor setup with KVM. That is, when I am at work, I want a dual monitor daisy-chained with a keyboard and mouse. When I toggle to personal, I want the same setup: two monitors, KB, and Mouse. Can I do that?

If the laptop does not have Thunderbolt, just regular USB-C, (HP Zbook Firefly )does the hub stil work with this monitor ? At work I have usb-c station. I wonder whether the monitor is suitable for the home office work. I prefer 120 Hz to 60 Hz and 1440p to 4K at 27 inch.

I see the monitor has one Ethernet port on the back. How does that work when you have both PC's connected to the monitor? I'm guessing the USB-C cable will use the built-in RJ45 connection for the laptop network and your Workstation will have a separate network connection via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable?
