Must Try Beef Pepper Fry
INGREDIENTS
For pressure cook :
Beef - 500g
Coconut oil / Oil - 1 tbsp
Crushed ginger & garlic - 1 tbsp
Shallots - 10 ( medium size)
Green Chilli - 3 to 4
Tomato - 1 ( medium size)
Curry leaves
Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp or 1/2 tsp
Crushed pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp to 1 tsp
For preparation:

taste really gooood its my first time. I tried using greek yogurt is that okay? or would it be better if i just use plain? I also use calamansi instead of lemon because i could not find one here.

I made it, its good but in the next time i will use less sugar it's too sweety
