Amala khatti ball preparation| From remaining Amala fibre content | B.A.M.S students | #pinksvlog
Hello everyone, I am B.A.M.S 2nd prof. student currently studying at Central Ayurveda Campus, NSU, beljhundi, Dang( Nepal).
This video is all about the Amala khatti ball preparation from remaining Amala fibre content during Chyawanprash preparation. Yesterday we did the Chyawanprash preparation practical at the college.
🔸1st we took remnant fibre content.
🔸2nd we add some salts, chilli, coriander and cinnamom powder
🔸Mixed it properly
🔸 Made small balls
🔸 Dried it in the sun for 3- 5 days
Then the sour, salty, spicy khatti balls are ready.
