What time is neon museum opens?
They would have totally refunded your $30 bucks or converted it to resort credit. Always complain nicely for something like this. Their CS is pretty awesome and they will do anything not to lose a customer.
Not sure how a hotel with over 3000 rooms could be considered a boutique hotel🤔
