Shane Filer, Writer
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 4 ก.ค. 2006
Shane Christopher Filer is a novelist, comic book writer and artist, and video maker.
His published literary works consist of a novel (Exit), a short-story collection (Cowboy & Tribe), scripts for various comic publishers and the upcoming graphic novel (Dark Star), a semi-biography of silent picture icon Louise Brooks.
Shane also makes videos. For two decades he worked in advertising, primarily writing and directing ads for international clients. Over time, he grew disillusioned and sick of it.
In November 2021 his wife Alena suffered a still unknown, undiagnosed stroke-like health event that left her with damage to short- and long-term memory, her academic work on hold and their lives changed, perhaps forever.
Following this, Shane decided to rekindle his interest in film-making and use those skills for something meaningful, by creating a video series with Alena documenting their journey of recovery and rediscovery-wherever that might take them.

Klaus Kinski: Art & Madness Ep. 3
The history of mental illness and art is intricately intertwined. Klaus Kinski was an actor. Klaus Kinski was diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder. He did nothing about it, other than lash out at others in his orbit and channel his madness into art.
A visit to Telc in the Czech Republic, the shooting location for Werner Herzog’s Woyzeck, sparks a musing on art, mental illness, and the lessons that dark art teaches... and humans fail to learn…

Is this some type of ext...

Or they might water plants and not you. These are just some of the trials I face. It’s no problem. I am a tough cat. Only thing is life can get into a rut. Somethings I wish I had a cat-friend… Support my work o...

61 and my appreciation only increases with Mark Hollis and Talk Talk .
Me too, i'm 70.
Mas ke nadie ama mas a mark hollis amooooooo❤
Mark mi amor un talento ingles komo te amo mark holis eres increible❤❤❤
The kind of video that only a stoned teenager thinks is intelligent.
This video creater has a childish view of art. What is "normal society" each country and time period is different, with different social rules. Most of the artists he talks about are simply human beings, some good, some bad, none of them perfect. The creater of the video is taking gossip end tabloid tales as proof positive for each and every individual. But anyone would look grotesque in the funhouse mirror of tabloid gossip. We can all agree that Kinski was disturbed but your are smearing every artist with the same brush. That's a childish oversimplification
Maek porsiempre maestro hollis❤❤❤

Had the pleasure of meeting Mark in 1986. His legacy will never be over as long as we share our passion for the wonderful music he created.❤
❤❤❤
Merci de toutes vos belles chansons et votre voix exceptionnelle
I really like this video but I’m interested in the message you intended. There’s plenty of new life and death, references to the passing of time, seasons, despair, happiness. But what was thinking about the woman and the robot? Doesn’t fit in somehow?
I am so happy that on my age ( 65 ) i can bring the legacy of Mark Hollis to the youth..

One of my favorite Talk Talk songs.
A vida desse ator me intriga
I love Klaus in "Un genio, due compari, un pollo." with Terrence Hill... Beautiful
Thank You for sharing this...
Super Video
Descansa en paz Mark, gracias por la hermosa música que ha sido una gran parte de mi vida durante 60 años.

Linda linda linda linda ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍😍👍👍👍👍👍🙌🙌🙌🖐️😍😍😍🌟☀️🌻🌻🌻🌻
KK was such a malcontent because he was damned ugly. I would be too, but I'm too sexy for my cat.
Everytime I watch this clip, I'm so impressed. Is it because some of the things I see are so recognizable? Just love watching this and of course listen the most underated band ever. Mark would have been content with this video, for sure! Cheers
What a track!!!
Great video to add to such a spine tingling track. I think mark Hollis would love this.
