I don't know what is the version, I have downloaded it directly from the blacksmith aok heaven mods. Age of empires 2 the conquerors gold edition is this version for TOME.

I don't think there is only one way to download it. You go to steam workshop, and then copy the link of custom campaign and then use some steam downloader available. Some times it worked, some times it didn't. I have downloaded it that way. Also you have some hd scenarios in aok heaven site in the blacksmith section. Maybe you can also download it using different method...

I will try in the next few days. Problem is with recording, I can play but recordings lag for some reason. Maybe it is slower pc or some graphics drivers. I will try to fix that as soon as possible... For now I will play on HD and conquerors. I hope I will find a solution soon...

@@Crisdude10 Unfortunately, it isn't. In this case it couldn't load in HD version. Most of these campaigns can work in HD, but here it wasn't the case.

I have a problem with DE when recording. HD campaigns should work fine in DE. Because my pc is not too strong, or some other reason, recordings of DE don't work well and lag. I can play it but, cannot record. Many of old campaigns work fine in DE.

I have finished the last part and went to the west just as you said. I will try to do other parts of walkthrough to explore a little bit more and to go from the western side because I think the eastern is harder. Great scenario and good luck on chapter 4 if you manage to find a time.

I will watch in more detail later. It was still refreshing to see you play this through the end! Just a tip the next time you come via the north-eastern crossing (the crossing near Lindau is more fun IMO, but just in case): If you go via North-eastern crossing, somewhat near where you get the Mendlon spy Joachim (Axeman), there is an upward hillroute where you briefly tried going (and abandoned). This route will help you make it to the far western side MUCH easier (in your case, you made it there after breaking through the tough camps). When you play the route via Lindau, this will be even easier to access. Additionally, there are some bugs in Aoe2 HD as it appears that whatever units in the Elite Squad which were supposed to get an armor boost got a RANGE boost instead (weirdly the halbs, two handed etc got a "1 range" haha). Also, with the proper DAT files, you wont be able to garrison in towers and heal (and many other changes to unit stats that increase playability). Dont worry about DAT files if you are not confident, just saying the above for your info. Once again, thanks!!! And will watch properly in the weekend.

@@rahulbalakrishnan8760 Alright, I will not garrison in the towers next time, because it may be considered a cheating, I didn't knew this. Also the church to the west helps a lot so I will try to go there first. Because my channel is a new one I was playing on moderate not on hard but when I become more skilled I will play it on hard. I was careful when I played because scenario is challenging and I tried to play fast as I could. Next time I will try to correct mistakes I made. I hope this video was useful! Also I didn't edited the video because I wanted for viewers to see how the walkthrough looks actually. Good luck with the project 4 if you started it! This scenario has much potential...

Thanks! For some reason it is automatically set to have good quality after I upload it after about half hours later. This is truly one of the best cinematic scenarios ever made I would say. I have the problem because the game is old and I don't have the full screen view in the conquerors, but in hd version I have.

Hey, John Mendl nice to see your comment. I have made a channel only days ago, and I have completed your third scenario almost days upon it's releasing. It is well designed. I also completed your first campaign, I don't remember for the second but I played it also. The third is the best. I tried before installing userpatch but it didn't turn well so I played it successfully on aoe2 hd version. Maybe I will play again these days your mission.

I posted a first video and tell if you are ok with it. Your scenario is quite good and challenging. Because of the other custom campaigns i will not have much time but I will try to play it in next few days. Wish you the best!

@@OrtoDru I am glad to see you post! No worries at all. My only doubt seems that it seems the DAT file and DLL files replacement has not been done properly OR because it is Aoe2 HD, it is not working proper. There are four files that are edited and have to be replaced (after carefully backing up your original four files in safe place - as explained in the README doc). If you dont feel confident about that, just continue playing as such. No issues at all. If the DAT file and DLL file replacement is done proper, we will be Mendlons civ instead of Teutons. And the Goths civ of many other players will become Teutons. For me it works perfect on Aoc 1.4 Userpath. Not sure if it will work perfect on Aoe2 HD. Feel free to ask me any doubts abt the Dat and Dll file replacement if needed. Else, im more than happy you play the way you do. Thanks a lot!
