Is the multiple floos go kart track still there. Big steel frame building
If you're referring to the kart track near Gator's Mini Golf, yes, that one has been closed for a while now. The building frame is still standing (check 11:33 in the video), but it's in ruins and hasn't been in operation for quite some time.
I haven't been since 2004. Is the old wendys still there or has it been rebuilt
I don't recall any operating Wendy's on International Drive at the moment. It seems like the ones that were there have been closed for a while now.

Ace Cafe Orlando was located in Downtown Orlando, near the Amway Arena. It is permanently closed now. Rumors say it is going to re-open in Sanford later this year.

why is the sand so compacted down on Daytona beach . i have been to beaches from Virginia to Florida.
