I cancelled my booking for Alcazar facelift due to battery drainage issues as faced by many existing buyers of 2024 facelift model. Both dealer and Hyundai people are not ready to accept that it's an issue.
Bro real milage City Highway
@@Samir53355 it depends on driving style max I got 16.9 least I got 7. Average around 14.
I faced the same issue, I kept the car in my parking for a week and had been to Bangalore and after a week the car did not turn on, I had to call road side assistance to jump start my car and had to drive an hour with out switching off, looks like there is some issue with software or battery, got to figure it out escalating it with Hyundai. Let me know if you find the hack.
@@anilkumarmanvi610 sure I have already reached out to my dealer and shared the videos with the service center. I am.planning to report this to hyundai as well.
@motormoksh Yeah even I have sent message to my dealer. Let's see if they have an explanation

Hi Moksh, any feedback about DCT gearbox heating issue ?
@@akashsumani9609 not likely but in general it is good to use. Have heard of issues of heating in heavy traffic and shutting down. But nothing seen much in person.
@@motormoksh Thanks for your feedback. I have finally booked Alcazar. I was confused between XUV700 and Alcazar and I didn't find much difference between both of them in terms of power because of body weight to power ratio. Hope, my decision is right :)
@@akashsumani9609 XUV 700 is a very good and potent product until it is not giving you any trouble. Infact I went and booked Scorpion N first then went for Alcazar. Because I wanted a product with peace of mind.
@@akashsumani9609 I even was very confused when I was trying to buy my car, I was looking for XUV, Safari and Alcazar, Hector and finally bought Alcazar and here were my reasons. Tata and Mahindra still lack the service quality and premium feel inside. Hector operates everything in a digital console which I did not like it I liked Toyota hycross but the high end was 40L I went with high end model of Alcazar because Hyundai is premium and also has better service. I am not going to always drive with 7 people in my car so I was clear I want a 5 seater with bigger trunk and occasional 7 seater if I have to drive in city. Trust me this car drives so well with better mileage in the city. Go for Alcazar
The battery drainage problem is present in the new Alcazar car 2024 model. In team BHP all people are complaining
@@shivanshuupadhyayy674 yeah I noted that. I have enquired with dealership if there is any recall. They requested me to take it for a check. Now i am planning to take it to service center for the unusual errors I have experienced. So that issues even if not sorted immediately should be documented as reported by customer.
FOR LIGHT U CAN INSTALL AUXILIARY AND FOG LIGHT OF AZOOM BRAND
@@shivanshuupadhyayy674 yes I know but that is tricky. As the car is still under warranty there is a risk of breaking it with third party installations. So I am still skeptical to mount aux lamps.
SIR KINDLY INSTALL THE NUMBER PLATE FRAME, SIDE STEP, INSTALLL TUCSON ALLOY
@@shivanshuupadhyayy674 i don't want to install the sidestep as that reduces the ground clearance. As per alloys I am happy with the stock one till I find some more functional.

Hi Moksh, Thanks for sharing your valuable feedback. I am literally confused whether to go with Alcazar OR XUV 700 AX7L. I know it has around 3.5 lakh difference(on road) but that is ok for me. My running will be not so much and I have 5 members in my family including 2 years old child. But I want to buy a car for long term i.e. at-least 10 years. Can you please help me. If you get chance to replace it with XUV700 now, will you go for it?
@@akashsumani9609 both the products are equally good. But there are some differences which are absolutely personal choice . I will suggest to take a long drive of both. It's just that you will get ADAS in alcazar cheaper than xuv700. Both are mile munchers. But the seating conditions are different if it is for city only. If it is for touring like me check how many people you will carry on average. As the seating plays here crucial role.
Force Gurkja was also in my list considering the robustness and road presence. But then it lacks on features like ADAS Crusoe control. But then it is really good too for touring. And yes literally you can take it anywhere. Front and rear differential lock is added bonus.
Sir regarding alcazar me ek baat suni h kya kuch din car nhi chalane p uski bettery drain ho jati h jis s wo start nh hoti 2) Alcazar base variant m Tucson k alloy laga skte h 18 inch alloy or tpms work Karega

How to enable normal cruise control , not smart/adaptive cruise control ?
To enable normal (non-adaptive) cruise control, ensure your vehicle is on and moving. Locate the cruise mode selector button on the steering wheel or control stalk, and toggle or hold it to switch to standard cruise control. Accelerate to your desired speed and press the "SET" button to maintain it. Refer to your owner’s manual if the steps differ for your car model.
Also every gear has minimum speed for cruise control like for 6th gear cruise control will not engage below 60kmph...

I have purchased a 2025 signature DCT petrol. Was there any issue or warning during 1st servicing? I have seen your 1st service video. Just wondering as I will drive my new car from Gangtok to Gurgaon covering around 1700kms. So I need to plan a service out stop after 800-1000kms on my way. Is it mandatory to have the service immediately after 1000kms or can it be delayed to 1700km odo. Also what is the recommended speed and torque till first servicing? Your input will be very helpful. Thanks for your time.
Nothing is mandatory. Feel free to drive. First service can be delayed there is no issue. There are users who did service at around 2000kms.

Hey. Happy 2025 Whc engine oil you put? You have the name?
@@debview as of now I have used company provided engine oil only. That too I have done 1 oil change during my first service... I will be doing it at around 8k kms I will go with company specific oil... market is diluted with fake oils of major or minor brands ... something I have experienced with my bike... so I will recommend to stick to company manuals with company specific service and oil... if anything goes wrong you can charge company...
@ thanks. Agree to the open market mixup risks. My query was due to the fact that company has all good things mentioned only. The service engineer (we can guess their intellect..) at times put incorrect oil (by mistake not on purpose..) Also even for Alcazar, there is a synthetic oil option (specific to BS6.) else even they use Shell.
@ yes it is that’s why I ensure my presence during service

@@tngudi8410 first of all thank you for your appreciation. I took a test ride on the 6 seater signature version. Now my understanding of audience who will fit this car: 1. Who don't often travel with more than 4 people. 2. DCT is a Rockstar , it has a very good response. 3. For all the first and second row seats you will get the option of ventilation. 3. Co passenger seta is electronically adjustable and probably 16 way same as that of driver. 4. Hyundai has a very good reputation of having a peaceful service and no nonsense product. 5. I have friend in one of the Hyundai service center in mumbai he gave me a good feedback. Rest the features of the car is most same as that of mine.
@ point 4 is what matters most in our country..every brand vehicle will have a few glitches, understandable but the service makes customers feel comfortable about it thinking I have a great backup..yes,rest all features am aware of and am absolutely not a fan of sunroof,to me it’s not required for a warm country part like mine.. and no other brand has a product that fits a basic 5 + seats and the additional seats offered by Alcazar other than Safari,700,Scorpio N .. wish to avoid as said earlier..I specifically look for auto transmission.. and I am happy with your opinion about the no nonsense car..that’s what am looking at..there is genuineness in your reviews.. I liked that..god bless you..am from Hubballi Karnataka and will be driving to Goa on my business trip tomorrow.. Keep posting reviews they really support new buyers..simple reason that a person gets carried away by happiness in buying a car..
@tngudi8410 As @motormoksh mentioned the only issue I see with six seater is it becomes 4 seater if you are traveling with lot of luggage and you have to put your bags behind by folding the last row. Rest assured this car has a great feeling when you drive. I got my car from Gulbarga and got it to Hyderabad soon after it was delivered and my first 200 km was on highway and it gave me 15 kmpl. I am sure it will improve after first service. Hyundai is far better than Tata and Mahindra trust me. Be it features or the reliability it's just great in this car.
@motorMoksh, get the sidestep installed, it will help you in lot of things. It will help kids and old people at home to easily get into the car without stepping on the entrance and It acts like a guard in traffic or when you park it so people don't bump into your doors. I got it from outside for 11k and it is super helpful for my kids and the car looks big and nice
