I got deactivated Dec 20. No reason at all. Still no feedback . ?

I hope you get back on. Your metrics are great and should be taken into account. They need a transparency law that requires companies to disclose full details of deactivation.

I will say a prayer for you. It's horrible that they can't be more transparent. None of us stands a chance. I don't get how they deactivate people, not cheating or scamming, and yet I am constantly seeing other people with multiple phones and in groups. Makes no sense to me

I was told by an employee that they are doing this bc they are getting their own fleet drivers, but this is sooo wrong. Walmart sucks

This is not only happening with Walmart. Banks are doing the same thing. By the way, Walmart is not family-friendly or care about people.

at my local walmart here in socal LA area they deactivated like 4 drivers including me too. appealed and they denied my claim too, i filed for an arbitration but don't have my hopes up.

Hey I’m in New Jersey. I used to work pretty much all day until closing with short breaks. Never any issues or complaints. I got deactivated Christmas Eve because they said there was an issue with my ID Verification. I wasn’t surprised because I knew of others that got deactivated for no reason. I asked for a review and it was upheld. They purged their system of drivers when they don’t need them.

Something happened 2 me spark ask me to upload my new i.d last thrusday then Friday I got kick off for no reason at all idk wtf is going with them

I dont work for them, yet I now I am always missing items, So I feel some people are being deactivated for a reason

Other spark drivers in your area will order. then after you deliver. they do a complaint . less competition.

I was deactivated before Christmas as well. I was treated rudely by Walmart employees and never submitted a form complaint. Yet they get to keep their job while I lose mine. I am currently waiting on the appeal. We are on the same boat.

I was deactivated on dec 22 in PA for no reason. I'm not a veteran, worked about 4 months. Starting from November the demand was very low. And they hired too many drivers before Thanksgiving. Before November i ended up my day with one or a few curbside pickups. Starting from November there was almost no curbside at all. I would not be so upset because i see not much difference between Spark and Door Dash. In fact the door dash is less work actually. You do not have to shop but just pick up and deliver. Shopping takes time and they do mot pay enough. Usually you are driving less miles with door dash. With Spark i usually worked 8-9 hours per day and most of the time i spent was in traffic. They go by the google time which is not realistic. Realistically you can do only one shop and drive per hour. My avg route was 7-8 miles one way. Most of my days were $80-90 avg after gas. But they think big of themselves and suspect you are sharing these pennies with other people. Ridiculous. The food delivery apps are more stable and the pay is the same if you cherry pick and use multiple apps. The $1.50-2 per mile is ok.

The people in charge are overseas and aren't American, they have chickens and roosters as pets and don't give a shit about you! They're scumbags and scam artists!

I’m in north Florida. I was deactivated the day after Christmas with no reason given. There’s another driver, an older gentleman who works out of the same store as me who was also deactivated for no reason. In my situation, when I found out I was deactivated, I hadn’t worked in a week because of Christmas, I took off with my wife. The last week I worked, I worked very limited. Only about 8 trips done that week. No complaints, no bad ratings, no reduced tips. I literally have no idea why I’ve been deactivated. I appealed immediately, waiting to hear back.

My wife was deactivated because they asked her to remove her glasses for the sign in. The original photo was with glasses. We appealed and they denied it. We just sent back in a second appeal with better photos and side by sides among with drivers license copies for identity. We are contacting an attorney that is part of walmart/ Sparks. They will listen to your case. The next step for us is a class action lawsuit if they don't respond soon.

Aarons gig in Arizona was deactivated for mo reason as well but reactivated in a week after he disputed it

Walmart do not care. Order go out regardless they dont want OG spark drivers. Other apps are less likely to get deactivated its always around christmas time deactivations seem ti happen most
