Does the VHS filter work in PAL or is it NTSC only?
NTSC-RS works regardless of region. I don't think it emulates specific regions though, but you shouldn't have an issue with it, if you're just using standard MP4 files like I am.

The Virtual Machine - I Used a piece of software called 86box, which emulates actual hardware (Such as a Voodoo 3 or Pentium II) Recording - I used OBS Studio The VHS effect - I used a piece of software called NTSC-RS, you can find it on Github. It also has a version to act as a plugin for After Effects, Adobe Premiere and OpenFX
