Tanhaiyaan is not just a song, it is pure catharsis. The splendid composition by Mehak Kaur speaks the silence of a shattered soul in love, the beats and melody speak of the loneliness that seeps into heart like an echo. It gives the listener goosebumps as anybody who is going through the pain can feel some comfort in the melody. As for the lyrics by Chetna Rathore, she had penned down emotions so apt that breaks the silence like a thunderstorm. And Mandeep, your voice is pure "Roohaniyat", it just binds the composition and lyrics strongly the way you have emoted the emotions in your vocals, the gradual shift from sadness to questioning to angst and back to the lonely silences while singing. Overall one of my favourite songs of Destiny Music Label since longest, had reviewed it on other platforms, reviewing it here now. Kudos to the entire team behind this masterpiece. 💙👌🏻 Awaiting for more such wonders soon.

Composition so arabian nights worthy, teleporting one , maybe towards a beautiful illusional mirage in dessert, or a traveller in search of oasis. This could definitely be used as a theme soundtrack for a Middle Eastern themed Video Game or a shoot of a beautiful dessert in Rajashthan. The use of the instruments especially the santoor kind of sound is so beautiful, merges well. Calming. Well done Mehak. 💙
