Pasta with Cream and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
500g pasta
4 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup cooking cream
½ cup water
Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, 2 garlic cloves
1 tsp basil
1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp oil
Black pepper and oregano
Steps:
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water with oil for 15 minutes.
2. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water.
3. Sauté the onion and garlic in butter and oil for 3 minutes.
4. Add tomato paste, pepper, stir, then add water and let it boil.
5. Add the cream and cook the sauce for 3 minutes.
6. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well.
7. Place the pasta in a dish, cover with cheese, and bake until the cheese melts.
