This issue is Way Past Pavlov's Dog- as you are describing it. You are saying this is a mental trigger reaction due to past trauma. Not an actual ELECTRICAL issue. We have always had "past Trauma" we have not always had EMF. Very disappointing.

Treat the damned pain! Telling people about hormones is RIDICULOUS...solves nothing. Pain treatment prior to sex and knowing pain is treatable after sex if needed fixes the problem.

I just got diagnosed & earlier this year I was hospitalized for 6 days for what they thought was a virus. It was a bad flare up, but the hospital made me feel like I was going to die. The MRI machine sent me into a full blown painful panic attack. Worst 6 days of my life, but it lead to my diagnosis & now I know I’m not crazy. 😩🙏🏾

My goodness that’s a huge list of foods us fibromyalgia suffers can’t eat 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m also celiac so I’m buggered, 😩 I’m just learning that sugar is bad for my fibro pain. I’ve dropped many carbs along with GF bread, I don’t eat gluten-free processed foods, as they’re packed with sugar to hold them together. I’m not giving up red meat though. Thanks for this video.

I think most difficult thing about Fibro is its random flair ups. I can't make plans for anything without worrying about whether or not I can keep the commitment. I didn't realize that this disease can stop me from even walking due to weakness in my limbs. It is a terrible invisible disease. You just don't know day to day, moment to moment what you are going to deal with.

I have fibromyalgia, and the way you approach this is weak by victimizing yourself which will never help. Fibromyalgia is the worst-best thing that happened to me. It became a friend that taught me to appreciate how beautiful it is to be healthy and pain-free and take full advantage of the days where there's no pain. It teaches you who the real friends are around you. Those close don't require much details, they just trust you, believe you can handle it, and know you will ask help if ever needed. The rest of people are noise, cancel them. It educates you how important it is to prioritize your body. Sleep well, eat healthy, exercise and your body will lessen the pain. Keep complaining about it, do nothing while waiting for a magic pill, and hell will be at the gates waiting for you. Everyone is suffering, you're not special. If you didn't have the disease you will complain about another. So focus. That's the philosophy of any chronic condition. So embrace it and make peace with it. It's a choice.

As incredible as it may sound to most, i assure you fibromyalgia has nothing to do with your physical body, it is purely astral/energetic issue. If you want it explained simply, it's literally effects of our sins causing us pain, law of cause and effect.

I have had fibromyalgia since’72. The pain has progressed to a level that I have been suicidal for 23 years. Sleep is frightening, pain is everywhere ! Inside, outside and head to toe! It DOES feel like I have been slammed by a semi truck and thrown through the air and then slammed onto the concrete. I’m not joking! Morphine helped but I can no longer get it or anything that helps. I’m too humiliated to beg the doctors. I am treated as if I am a hypochondriac! In all these years I have only gone to the ER once! I have always had insurance and this has been a terrifying hell.

Im a 55yr old male who was diagnosed over 15 yrs ago. It was great to finally get a diagnosis. Im on lyrica twice a day, no side effects that im aware of. Been through most painkillers, but now on 75mg fentanyl patches for the pain. I also have 25mg for if I need them. Also have oramorph to take for pretty instant relief. I have a Ketamine infusion every six months at my local pain clinic. I take two massive doses of 2 antidepressants since u tried to take my own life a couple of years ago. I find exercise helps, although it takes a while to work up to it. Still work by pushing through the pain. Sex life is almost non existent, also had an issue with my prostate a couple of years ago too! His videos are quite informative for letting people know what fibromyalgia is. I hope you all get some relief from this horrible disease!

A few years ago, I went to the doctor because I felt tired all the time and felt like I was always in a daze - diagnosis was sleep apnea. Used the CPAP but still felt tired and the brain fog didn’t go away. My back has been a source of pain for at least 32 years; the osteoarthritis and herniated discs obviously don’t help. No meds help for the back pains and surgeons refused to operate - probably a blessing in disguise. The pain is not only in my back; it moves around from one place to another seeding the seeds of more pain. I have had recurring and frequent headaches for many years, but since March 2023, I have had headaches every single day, most of them migraines. No meds help. I take them to appease my doctor but she’s perplexed as to why nothing is helping. They say to move to prevent painful flare ups of the arthritis, but the more I move, the more pain I’m rewarded with. I do have my good days where I’m able to put aside my awareness of the pain and do stuff but as soon as I stop, the pain comes back worse. Then people wonder why I’m depressed and have difficulty being happy. I still try to laugh and make people laugh. My girlfriend is amazing and very supportive. My main worry is what will things be like for me as I get older.
