Ice tanks are dying breed but it is probably my favorite tank set.
this build is nearly identical to my Ice/ss tank numbers wise, just a slightly more aggressive playstyle with EM.
works for everything +4/8 - 4*.

Brute : Martial Arts / Energy Aura pretty solid all around. Can fill multiple rolls between tanking/dps. i alternate my incarnate powers depending on the team makeup. we had 2 other tanks so i ran with Musc alpha / Assault Hybrid If i was to be the main tank i would use Agility / Melee def Hybrid.

my current Dark/Psi dom build. i've been working on different ideas for this toon for a while now. i'm honestly still not sure if i like it. but it is holding up well. it's more situational than i want it to be. This is part of a Speed MLtf, and a couple random mobs in a 4/8 mission.

Speed LRsf with my Human form Warshade. one of my favorite toons to play. this build works for all levels of content. the only real downfall is little mezz protection, but you use black dwarf to balance it out.

My latest Spines/Regen scrapper build, both powersets are kind of considered outdated by todays standards. but it's a classic and still one of my favorites to play. This is solo at 4/8. the build holds up well in all content and can fill multiple roles by switching around incarnate powers.

i play on Homecoming : Excelsior. i spend a little time on torchbearer, but mostly on Excelsior.

@@chrispickenpack2073 ahhh okay, i do use a couple icon mods, so that may be why it looks different.
Looking at starting a ninjutsu toon and the slotting on your toon helps.
Shout if you need any help or ideas, this one could probably be updated some.

I dig it, one of the better builds I've seen on YT. There's still a fair amount of room to improve (proc me baby) but no complaints from me! IIRC Ston has a great spines slotting that might open up another creative idea to step out of your comfort zone. Not trying to criticize, just open another avenue for the creative thought process.
i'd definitely check it out! and ive never really been a fan of all the proc builds, but im starting to come around to it. i have a few toons slotted for procs now and i really enjoy them. i think it's just more of a situational thing for my playstyle.
@@TheMega1016 Agreed, there just seems to be this sour taste in a hefty majority of the player base about procs but they are actually good and can improve builds on a case by case basis
Great build! Why no Moment of Glory though? Seems like a more valuable power pick than Weave or Stealth. Can take an LotG and probably bring more value than those other powers since Regen doesn't have DDR.
the recharge versus the duration of MoG just doesnt really make it useful for me. id rather have the constant benefits of weave/stealth vs. the 15 seconds MoG will give me.
I like the vid. It helps me fill in the scrapper gap of my own build series (www.youtube.com/@darkcurrent2083) as I don't play that AT. It was interesting to see just how much damage you were taking against those all-galaxy spawns. I thought they had some -regen in their powers, but it seems not as your rate never changed while getting hit.

Not sure why you'd want Physical Perfection on Regen... Also you're best off putting your chance for Build up IO in build up itself, basically procs 90% of the time and you're triggering it rather than it happening when you're not in combat.
didn't have many other options with the available slots i had left. and without it, the build is still slightly end heavy when running barrier instead of ageless. and i usually leave the proc tactics or a toggle just because i play aggressive and forget to click BU pretty often, so id just rather have it randomly firing since im always in combat.

the CoHmodding tool, it has all kinds of alternate icons for powers and insp. and i believe it works for other servers other than Homecoming also. i found a link to it on the HC forums.
