Doesn't even deserve the 1 star. This company is sketchy, lying, and crooked. I was their photographer, but was let go because of lies told on me by the detailing manager and her husband. If you want to work for a company that refuses to talk or have meetings to help work in a positive way, have your boss ignore your concerns or questions when you are states away, money missing on your paychecks, watch the detailing manager teach her worker to spray paint dog hairs into the flooring and seats instead of cleaning it out.. Yeah, this is the job for you. SKETCHY people.
I need more info about the warranty I am selling this product but I would like to know how long last the first application and how often the have to come to re apply the coating with the kit we give them.
Why don't you tell everybody you're not supposed to get this on your skin and wear rubber gloves ding dong. And yes I'm a master detailer

Dealerships add $1k to the msrp sticker for this. Takes them about 45 min to apply. You can buy the products for $30.

Your video refers to First Place Finish Car Care System as a silicone / teflon based system, is this different from a ceramic coating ??
Can anyone provide any brochure or materials that explain the warranty? I'm selling these jobs for a lot of money and was provided no information. It seems that the product is available under many names. Ours is First Place Finish 9h Ceramic Coating. I'd love to have more info to provide my customers. Thanks in advance.

For Matte Finish go with their 9H coating
I had the 9H. After 6 months, not so shiny. After 10 months it is coming off. Big waste of money.

With this product I imagine the "prep" would be clay / polished / ect? Would it be suitable as a paint protection on a cars surface that hasn't been fully prepped
Yes, absolutely! However, keep in mind, you would not want to add protection over top of paint defects such as scratches, swirls or water spots. New cars it's possibly fine, for best results on used cars the prep is definitely recommended.
