Cora can't know how an encounter will unfold, so their best course of action is to create as many options as they can. Being low on resources. I think they should explore other passages in search of tools, equipment or supplies of some kind so they have more to work with. I would turn around, then head south if only to see what can be seen.

So what should Cora do about the figures?...

Cora feels drawn forward, for reasons they can't quite explain. Whether it's something in their own head pushing them onward or something, or someone, ahead drawing them in, straight ahead is the direction they feel compelled to take. Cora tries to remember if they've heard the melody of that whistling before, it's oddly familiar.

I think the wise path is the left corridor. The smells coming from that direction suggests there is someone down that corridor. That potential threat needs to be dealt with. The wise adventurer wouldn't leave a potential foe to come up behind them while they explore other paths.

So which direction should our halfling take? Left, right, or forward?...

Does it include a layer with the atmosphere and particles as a separate layer? It would look weird to add tokens on top and have the clouds and dusts be under them.

What kind of terrifying encounter would you run on this huge map?...

I don't know what a foglet is, but I'm envisioning the fog spontaneously coalescing into a vaporous entity that strikes the nearest creature. When struck, it disperses back into the fog only to reform again elsewhere near another target. The tension will rise when a second and then a third fog creature emerges...
