Unfortunately this video is telling incorrectly how to work with this autoclave! Correct procedure is following. Water reservoir should be filled in advance with water almost entirely. After that turn the valve to the filling position and look how water is flowing to the chamber. If water has reached the filling mark near the chamber door, turn the valve forward for next 90 degrees to the sterilization position. Then put a load and close the door! Measuring a water is necessary for regulation of tilt of autoclave chamber by its legs. This should be done only once during installation or after movement. In this case water should be poured directly to the chamber.

Wow your stupid. Autoclave don't use radio waves to heat, autoclave units use a build up high pressure inside a sealed container which therefor increases the temperature of the air and water inside the container. It's called basic science, something most humans nowadays LACK!

@getrealthen Not if they are wrapped. You are correct that unwrapped items are readily contaminated after processing if not handled correctly, but that still does not equal sanitization. The terminology used here is incorrect. Sanitization and sterilization are different terms, with quite different meanings. Sanitization is simply cleaning to reduce contamination, it is not even at the same level as disinfection.
@poopeywater Indeed, not good for someone in a clinical situation: chipped polish and long nails harbour bacteria and fungi. I also saw dirt underneath a nail.
Your doing it wrong.... You have to fill the water to the over pressure valve. Then you hit fill and wait for the water to fill to the line then turn to steralize.... When It's done venting it's okay to see steam and keep it vented untill it's dry it should take about 40 min. for drying..... Do It Right
Now when I cook on Auto Clave, I don't worry about vcjd.

You really should get an automatic autoclave...like a Ritter M9 or a Tuttnauer EZ10. You press a start button and that's it.
