i used it consistently for over 3 years everytime i had ibs symptoms . only mistake i had once was to drink iberogast continuously without symptoms and i developed yeast infection taking medicine without symptoms can kill good bacteria that protects the stomach. with that being said its safe to say every medicine has side effects rather take care of your health instead of relying on medicines

@@QUINTUSMAXIMUS I used Iberogast for over 3 years because the doctor couldn't find the exact problem with my stomach everything seemed fine but i had symptoms of IBS and acid reflux he said it was being caused by certain food . I later on identified what was triggering my IBS since then i haven't been taking this medicine So what u need to do is to identify what is causing or triggering IBS in your case especially what u eat or drink because Iberogast doesn't cure the cause of IBS it only stops the symptoms. In my case today I dont drink tap water it unbelievably triggers my IBS something i recently discovered after symptoms of IBS came back again .IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) unfortunately it can be triggered especially by certain foods and drinks unclean water coffee etc unclear so my Advice to you identify the problem and u won't need any medicine and PLEASE stay away from any medicine that contains Caffeine caffeine triggers IBS badly ask your pharmacy for pain killer that does not have Caffeine such as Panado. I know this is Long but I wanted to explain a little bit more. hope you get better soon 🙏🏾

@@LillianMhandu I don't think my problem is coffee or water. I rarely drink coffee. Sometimes black tea. My system has never been the same since food poisoning and bad bacteria. I love food but I prefer not to eat on some days. I will take antibiotics soon to try to fight the SIBO.

@@QUINTUSMAXIMUS Coffee or unclean water were just other examples of what can easily Triggers IBS Am sorry to hear about your food poisoning unfortunately I have no experience with SIBO only IBS so I can't comment much on that but am sure Iberogast might help as well with SIBO because it deals with stomach problems related issues.

Okay ...tax is very important dear u have to fill that up or else they will take almost 24% of the money u make on TH-cam. So the tax letter is already there on your google adsense just fill up the questions they are asking u e.g are u a USA citizen etc once u answered all the question that's pretty much it . Then they will be taking % of the money u make on TH-cam from USA citizens only . For Example ... If u have 2% American citizens watching your videos and u make umm let's say $100 on TH-cam they will take only 2% of that $100 instead of 24% so fill up that tax . Then your ID just make sure it's clear and it's showing all 4 corners . Let me know if u have more questions ✌🏾.

Ummm Hie ... I don't think u need u to meet any criteria to open a google adsense account but what they need is to keep your adsense account active.... For example u must have a website that generates money or TH-cam account that is monitized to keep your Google adsense active All u need to open a Google adsense account is your real ID document once they accept your ID they will send you this letter I'm holding with a unique pin to complete the verification.
