I had an experience of becoming much more aware and much more in sync with life around and within me. A brief description of this.

Working with the body, mind, and emotions while having schizophrenia. I touch on a few topics and discuss them generally. I talk about the business I'm starting, and what I do/ how I be to help others experience more fulfilling lives.
