I drink a jug of water a day and at night seriously LoL
I experience 24 hours nausea unless I'm sleeping
I have all those signs except for fatigue and mild cramps
I have real bad nausea 😞 no matter what I do it doesn't work
The 1st trimester fatigue is even worse when you work the nightshift🥲 absolutely horrible

Hello Marie. Thank you for sharing such an amazing information. I have a 4 year old daughter with profound hearing loss. It was congenital (ansd). We couldnt even detect till 1year. She got cochlear implant last year. Now i recently conceived, as you can guess, with the previous experience, i feel so stressed and anxious. Although im trying to be more active and mindful with my actions, still i feel so stressed. Im like in flight or fight mode. I want to relax and calm myself. Please suggest me few techniques so that im confident and relaxed this time.

Shouldn’t say no symptoms means the pregnancy is going well. I found out I was pregnant because of symptoms. Shouldn’t tell woman that. Clicking out the video right because of that dumb beginning.
No symptoms is a symptom of early pregnancy and I choose not to put it at the end of the list because if you were a pregnant and worried because you didn’t have many symptoms- hearing about all the other ones first would probably just make you more anxious.
I recently found out I was pregnant and if I experience any symptoms I get anxiety and think something’s wrong. Making that your first thing gave me more anxiety and stress thinking something’s wrong. (My first appointment is next week and I’ve never been pregnant so I’m researching).

Yes kindness and being a good human is so important. As moms, I think most of us just want to give our babies all the love and support we can. And we support their bodies optimally / that leads to optimal brain development.
That is nurture and nature. So you teach them right from wrong. Its simple but having intelligence and being alert to understand things is important too
I have a question Marie. I'm pregnant for the very first time and currently on the third trimester of pregnancy. I’ve been noticing that my baby may often have a full party in the womb and moves strongly and quite surprisingly, when I tell my husband to look or maybe I try to make a video, baby just stops moving. Right in that moment. Is there any study going around this topic? I’m starting to believe it is not a coincidence that this happens every time I want to show how baby moves in my belly. Genetics, smart parents generally makes smart kids. Then it’s naturing. It is always good to get a head start or start out well being healthy but there’s only so much you can do for your fetus that you didn’t do already with your genetics

5 weeks (first pregnancy) and my symptoms are: - Mild to moderate cramps - Tender breasts - More frequent urination - Insomnia - Bloating Thanks for reassuring these are good signs and nothing to worry abt. Being my first pregnancy, I’m worried abt many things and have so many questions.

If you can get a pregnancy test that would be the best. If not, time will tell for sure. But you certainly have all the usual symptoms.

Danielle - I too had an unplanned last pregnancy. I told my husband to just wait off on the vasectomy for a bit - and then boom pregnant. Today I call that 3rd child my bonus baby. And he is the most incredible bonus I have ever received. I hope that once you recover from the shock - this little one turns out to be an incredible bonus for you too.
My first pregnancy 7 years ago was quite rough. From the moment I saw the two lines on the stick I had every symptom. Just found out I’m pregnant again and haven’t even thrown up once! I was actually so afraid of getting pregnant again because of the morning sickness that lasted all nine months. Every pregnancy for a single woman is different, so don’t worry too much about what other pregnant women are going through and what you’re not going through!
It’s so crazy but so true!! I was looking at some of the latest research around morning sickness - and learned that baby’s genetics also play a part which explains why it can be so different from one pregnancy to another.

I’m 8 weeks and 1 day today, I have no symptoms only extreme fatigue and since I work 8 hours only standing well fatigue hits really really hard, I have my appointment 9 January can’t wait for my first appointment I hope there’s a heartbeat and the baby’s okay

This is a great idea for a future video. For now focus on eating lots of protein and real food (instead of highly processed foods). And it’s a wonderful idea to do the baby bonding meditation to find out what babies might have to tell you about how you can best support them.
Im 6 weeks 3 days pregnant..im feeling little vomiting sensation occasionally and have some lower abdomen pain and back pain.. breathlessness at night while sleeping..😊

I eat sardine several times a week with all my pregnancies. I'm 21 weeks on my 3rd pregnancy eating sardines like crazy again. I have very healthy kids .
1st trim: Found out I was pregnant because of the period-like cramps. I was a bit nauseous and tired for those months. I never puked but I just could'nt eat much. Everything smelled bad indeed. 2nd trim: I got the grossest metal taste in my mouth 🤢. And it stayed for 3 months. This was honesly the worst part for me because you can't drink water, it kept tasting like pennies. 3rd trim: Strangely, I'm now 31 weeks and I feel the best I have 😅. The back pains are only after a long workday and goes away when I rest. The only thing that happened the last weeks is snorring and sleeping with my mouth open. So I wake up every day with the worst dry throat.
