In my opinion, you're looking in the wrong place. It is not a fault within the man but a fault within the culture. What I describe is not unique to our relationship but a common theme embedded in culture. Not so much 'Australian' either, but more 'non-conflicted, reciprocal community.' Be mindful of the 'space' in which your community resides. Physically & psychologically.
