ngl I feel like the knife is good for some purposes and the guns for others, I've found that a pretty effective strategy to blow up the heavy plane bay is to place a bomb on the wood part and jump on top of the light plane area, so you can jump down and backstab people who try to defuse. Putting a bomb on, say, the middle ammo box or on top of the light plane area is easier with a gun. The knives are the best weapon on the raid gamemode if you're playing as patrol, in my opinion, because the zeppelin layout gives you tons of places to hide to deal with the low range and you can also two-shot the captain.

Idk I just stop the plane mid air and jump out with a parachute. Prettty sure that works as well.

About the fast reload one you can do that with all guns just shoot 1 bullet, reload, then when your about to run out just refill at a ammo box before reloading then all your ammo will be in the mag again.

It was the inspiration for the entire game not just skirmish

plane riding works only with certain weapons it usually works with weapons that doesn't have many parts and it is op with coordination as you can act as a anti air crew with the launchers or the flare as a pilot the going up sign always spawns but only on the maps that actually holds it.
