At first, I must congratulate you for taking the time to write your feelings and ideas of (I)modern India, (ii) the Upanishad, and (iii) doubts if India could be a Superpower by 2047. I suppose that all are the doubts and questions of millions of people across the globe. India may have been ruled by the British East India Company and subsequently by the British Government for about 200 years, but India's culture, heritage, spirituality, beliefs, and philosophy are thousands of years old, and hence people of India including the erstwhile Burma, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka inherit a common culture somewhere and somehow. Secondly, I mentioned the Upanishad of Max Muller and his great remarks on India, which are historically true - history suggests so. But I read only the Upanishad of Swami Lokeswarananda of Ramakrishna Mission. Thirdly, the available data, economic trends, agriculture, Trace and Commerce, Science and Technology, FDI, governance, and finally the skills of our students and youths suggest that India will be able to achieve the target of a $25 trillion economy by 2047, even before that. I have written a book entitled - HOW CAN INDIA BECOME A SUPERPOWER BY 2047: A VISION (by Ukiyoto Publishing, on 17.06.2024), where I have discussed all these elaborately. Thank you. Development of a nation is never a result of external visible infrastructure, it is entirely an "Internal" process. When a nation is created, it is never just the roads and cities and malls and offices. It is created out of deeply rooted aspirations and determination of its masses, the strong marriange with ideologies and pledge to adhere to it through all conditions in life. Nation is a deep commitment to oneself and one's ideology. It is not just the development or adopted ideology from others. Upanishads are the core soul of this nation that joins millions and millions of Indians together with a very deep bond.

@@DBDalvi Really? Indian South, North and East still feels like three different nations. Three largely different geography, resulting in three largely different kind of people, with three largely different kind of culture whose roots goes much deeper in three different directions. What holds 'India' together isn't the 'ideals' living in the fantasy land, it's the common market spanning ~75% of the subcontinent. Nothing else. Of course, you people will always stay high on fantasy ideals and ignore all these practical things. Hence the joke, that India will become superpower 30 years in the future, an evarlasting future.

@@aniksamiurrahman6365 Once again you made a mistake by calling India a market driven entity. No doubt, India has a strong market force and it is the strongest now in the world. But it is not just that and to understand India needs deep knowledge of this nation. It seems your mind is compulsively conditioned to see only differences and you are not cable to see the uniting forces that join Indian people together. First, it seems you are not born in India or you have not lived in this land, and this might be the reason why you think in this line. Or you might be a separatist who must be riding a dreamy agenda of creating your separate nation out of India. If you are an Indian, I can explain you further. (Because those who have not lived in India can never understand India). It seems from your arguments that you do not know basic history of Bhrarat, the India. Had you known the basic history of Bharat, you won't have presented the logic that you presented. If you are interested to know further and if you are from India, do share your number and I shall call and try to explain you.

@@DBDalvi I know the history of India pretty well. Your 'India' is partly Moghul, parly British creation that never existed before these foreigners forged it into existance. And they forged it with commerce, not any idea. And definitely not Hindutva. The 'Mahabharat' you might talk about; is just a poetry, a work of fiction; not a history book, and even that poetry doesn't describe any region that reseambles of the South or the East. Coming back to history, there was never any unified empire/federation/state/anything here apart from fleeting Maurian empire that lasted only 75ish years. And even Maurian empire doesn't cover all of India. For most part, what today is called India was a collection of 16 to 18 or more different empires. If you don't know this history, then go to drawing board. Or don't. Believe all the fantasy u belive in. India will always be a super power in the next 30 year. The next 30 years from today, next 30 years from 2100, next 30 years from the end of eternity.

I completely agree with you Jafar babu. Only spirituality can never be the only weapon for development. Job opportunity, better education system, quality teacher, more industries, fertilizer, modern agriculture, ethicsl and discipline in academic sector will help India to become a superpower by 2047.
