มุมมอง 1.5K2 ปีที่แล้ว
In this first section, we define trauma and broaden our lens further to include concepts like toxic stress and collective, historical, and intergenerational trauma. We even include terms like recovery and resilience. In expanding our shared understanding, we aim to create a strong basis of knowledge that we can grow from together.

I am a student at Mt. Hood Community College, and for my final I chose to write about trauma-informed communication within higher education and how beneficial it can be in our own individual lives, in a workplace, as well as in a classroom. This series was really helpful, thank you so much!

Collaborating with colleagues daily online, checking in personally before starting meetings. Doing this makes me feel connected with staff especially sharing the commonalities of stress thus making the stress less stressful!

I have been reaching out to former teacher colleagues and hearing how they are adjusting to online learning. By sharing our experiences, we don't feel as lonely. We feel more connected to other teachers who are also struggling.

at a round 11:00 in clip u mentioned trauma for children and mother's but what about the father's I haven't watch whole clip yet but when it comes to trauma it happens to the kids most then the mom and dad even if it was dad or mom that was the reason for DHS to be in life if who ever was at fault for it if they love their families but just made few bad choices they will have trauma just the same so something y'all should look into more
