I'm now off on Journey 4 (NG 3) with Elden Ring, and this time, I'm shooting for Ranni's Age of Stars ending. In this run I went (more or less) straight to Altus Plateau via the Ruin-Strewn Precipice as usual, then went to Caelid via the chest teleporter in Limgrave and fought Radahn, ran through Nokron and Nokstella, and did everything else for Ranni up to defeating Astel. Yes sir! I still need to get what bit of armor, weapons, and talismans I might have missed, but I'm taking a break from Elden Ring for now and starting playing through Dark Souls I.

@@brianlaudrupchannel He does. He'll come around at certain points and attack you, to which you can either kill him or run away (I personally did both).
Technically no, but in the original once he's down he's out until the next scripted encounter. Not like the remake where he just gets back up and pursues you again.

I played through this game a year ago and I remember heavily relying on blocking attacks with my shield. And so I recommend instead of rolling away from enemies stay in front of the enemies and block with your shield. Also this series is so much fun to watch it makes me want to go back and play it.
